Three full baths. 56121 Cypress Lake Circle is a beautifully decorated, upper level "Vista" and is proud of its gold rating and private location. Enjoy the private beach (lifeguards, during May-September - open to Sea Colony renters) - plus the 34 tennis courts; fitness center; 12 pools; children's activities, and other amenities of Sea Colony.

Enjoy your favorite ice cold beverage on the wrap-around screened porch, or kick back inside and enjoy a vacation home that just makes you feel good! And we just re-decorated and re-painted!

Sea Colony features its own private beach - with Sea Colony shuttle bus from our Condo to the beach (during summer months), 12 pools (two indoor), a fitness center(with indoor and outdoor pools; and basketball), indoor gym, childrens' programs, walking/biking trails and 34 tennis courts. Sea Colony is also ranked among Tennis Magazine's "50 Greatest US Tennis Resorts".

Come and see why the owners of this "Vista" condo have been vacationing at Sea Colony for their family vacations for the past 16 years. 3 hour drive from Phila. and Wash. DC. The weekly rental is Sat. PM until next Sat. AM.

Sorry - No smoking and NO pets. All guests at Sea Colony are required to pay a Recreation fee of $35 per person, per week ($10 in the winter months). Limit of two vehicles per weekly rental; two ground parking spaces available next to this upstairs Condo.
