The delightful Casa Siete Palmas and Casita La Palmita are located in the desirable north beach area of Sayulita, in a neighborhood of beautiful homes. The properties are built with traditional Mexican architectural design-including palapas and hand painted Talavera tiles. They are attractively decorated with Mexican arts and crafts collected from all over Mexico. The access to the beach is an easy three minute stroll and town plaza is no more than a ten minute walk away.
Casa Siete Palmas is a tropical bungalow nestled in lush gardens just above the pool. The house features an air conditioned bedroom with queen-size bed. The living room/kitchen area opens on to a covered patio that is perfect for dining and overlooks the pool. The living room has two twin size built-in sofa beds. Great for two kids of any size or age. This is also air conditioned. A Talavera tiled bathroom opens out into a private outside shower surrounded by tropical plants.
Casita La Palmita is perfect for a couple, situated in a pretty garden setting, just steps away from the pool. The casita has its own private garden patio, perfect for intimate dining, or relaxing with a good book. The circular bedroom area features a king-size bed with mosquito net, ceiling fan, custom primavera wood built-ins, and a marble-topped kitchenette/bar along one wall. Folding doors and screened windows open to the secluded patio. The spacious bathroom with beautiful decorative tile and two large closets completes the casita.
Both Casa Siete Palmas and Casita La Palmita come with a fully equipped kitchen with Mexican dishes and glassware, coffee maker, blender, toaster, stove/oven (only in Siete Palmas - La Palmita has a hot plate and toaster oven), microwave, refrigerator and bottled water.
Beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas are provided. Maid service is provided. Please email or call with questions.
The houses are a perfect multi-house combination when rented together.
