MAIN HOUSE with STUDIO APARTMENT
Watch yachts and pleasure boats travel through the beautiful clear blue water of the Sea of Cortes as they enter and exit the marina. Relax with your favorite beverage as you watch brilliant colorful sunsets. Walk along cobble-stoned streets to the private, sandy, palm-treed beach; and snorkle off the beach to the rocky reefs along the shoreline.
The house is in a gated community with guard. All streets are cobble-stone. The area is wonderfully tranquil with virtually no traffic. There is covered parking.
MAIN HOUSE
Tha main house is 3,000 sq. ft. It has a 325 sq. ft. porch. The master bedroom has a king size bed with cable TV. The guest room has 2 twin beds. There is also a CD player with high-quality speakers in the living area, and a TV in the TV room. There is also a fireplace in the living room and ceiling fans in every room. The main house has 1 large bathroom. The studio has a full bathroom and kitchen.
The house is comfortably furnished with several custom-made pieces of furniture, and it is decorated with Mexican art. Linens and towels are provided.
Miscellaneous items include a coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, iron, ironing board, plates, pots and pans, silverware, hair dryer, bread-maker, juicer, food processor, electric mixer, charcoal BBQ grill.
There is a large Studio Apartment on the ground floor. It can be rented separately or together with the Main House.
STUDIO APARTMENT
This nice size studio has a large porch with the same magnificent view as the upstairs.
There are 2 twin beds and a full kitchen and bath. There is a new refrigerator, stove, AC, DVD/CD player, TV.
The bath is full size with a shower and tub.
Miscellaneous items include microwave, coffee maker, blender, iron, ironing board, toaster, electric mixer, pots and pans, dishes, linens and towels.
The house and apartment are comfortably furnished, and nicely appointed with regional art.
