The only desert in Canada, and the warmest lake in Canada. There are also many golf courses, lots of water sports on this lake, wineries/vineyards, and skiing at Mount Baldy in the winter.
The Casa Del lago development which this unit is on has a private stretch of sandy beach with shallow warm water perfect for kids and families. The beach is only steps away from this unit. There is also a private dock for boats, fishing, etc. and it has its own outdoor pool and recreation center/gym.
This large, 925-square-foot, ground floor condominium features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Master bedroom features a solid wood bedroom set with queen-size bed. Second bedroom will have two sets of bunk beds on solid wood frames. The eating area has a solid wood table with six chairs. And the family room will have a queen-size sofa bed, loveseat, 32-inch TV with DVD player.
The large patio features a patio set and propane barbecue. A full kitchen with appliances, refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils. The condominium will sleep six people in beds comfortably, and eight people including the queen-size sofa bed.
