Enjoy this deluxe condominium located on the San Miguel River, steps away from the ski area in beautiful Telluride, Colorado. This unit is located on the top (third) floor and has elevator access. Skiers and snowboarders will be happy to know that lift access is less than one block away and you can actually ski within steps of the condominium at the end of the day. Soak in the spa or swim in the heated pool while you share the experience of the day with others. This condominium is well equipped and very comfortable with a pillow-top queen-size bed, two twin-sized bunk beds, a queen-sized sofa sleeper (view pictures attached), and will accommodate up to 4 people.
One of the many bonuses in Telluride - once here, you will never have to drive your car. Visitors will find everything in walking distance, but for those who do not care to walk or are impaired, the 'Galloping Goose,' a free shuttle system, stops in front of the complex regularly and loops through town. Some of the businesses within just a few steps include restaurants, a liquor store, and the grocery store is just a couple of minutes away by foot.
On Colorado Avenue (Main Street) you will find world-class restaurants, shops, art galleries, and much more - all just a short walk along either the river trail or down the streets of this beautiful, historic, Victorian mining town. Also available in Telluride is the free gondola ride that takes you up and over the ski area to Mountain Village, while you enjoy the stunning views from atop the mountain.

I stayed here during Telluride Film Festival 2011 and I can't say enough about how great this condo was. The bath tub was amazing. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was clean and easy to use. Nice easy walk from town, not to mention scenic view up the ski slopes! Waking up in the morning was so nice, it was hard to pull myself away from the windows while staring down at the river and up the hills! Great management, super sweet people who were easy to talk to and very accommodating. I look forward to going back next year so please stay away during Telluride because I CALLED IT! Thank you guys for making my stay at Telluride extra relaxing!

We stayed here during our family vacation to Telluride this past summer. The kids loved the bunk beds. We all loved being able to walk everywhere in town and the view of the creek, mountain, and gondola. Rode the gondola every day. Mindy and Tom were great.
