  Where do I start? I was even more impressed with this unit than what even the pictures showed that had me at "Hello". Every thing was designed perfectly and my family just can't stop talking about this amazing and yet affordable unit directly on the beach. We loved being mixed in with the residential area as that truly added a home away from home/vaction feeling. The reason why I say "home away from home" is because it was just extremly comfortable and I and my Family are very particular about where we stay when we are away. I just wished we were able to stay longer as we were there for a Cheerleading competiton and we managed although in April to have some wonderful weather. Let me just take a moment to speak about the owner of this condo, Lora.....she is the away hostess with the mostest she checked in on us to make sure that everything was up to par and I was very happy to report that it was more than up to par standards and we loved our stay. The transaction for obtaining the unit was a very smooth and painless process besides also being very secure. We are certainly going to keep this place as our first option when we plan to return to Myrtle!! We just didn't want to leave. See yah next time! ;)

  Lora: I wanted to take the time to tell you thank you for letting us stay in your lovely beach condo. It has such a warm home like feeling. I loved sitting in the recliner late at night cuddled up with my Nora Roberts book when everyone else retired to the bedroom. My husband loved his time on the balcony watching the people coming and going at the Dunes hotel. We would laugh each day when the man had on a silly hat. I really loved the keyless entry...how nice is that not to worry about loosing a key card in the ocean. Our week did have a few rainy days but the comfort of your condo helped to make the time pass faster while being stuck indoors. Thank you again....You truly have a lovely place and we enjoyed our stay.....

  Not only was the weather gorgeous during our stay-- but, so was this condo! Everything was decorated beautifully with beachy, tropical decor. One thing we loved was not having to worry about a "key" to get in- the keyless entry was awesome! Upon arrival, the condo was spotless and had everything you would need while vacationing. Prior to our trip, Lora was so very helpful with any of my questions. We had one of the best vacations ever and I've already contacted them on reservations for next year!! LOVED IT!!

  Despite the cold and cloudy weather we had in the middle of May, the stay at this condo was absolutely fabulous. I was there with my mother, sister, son, and two nieces. Everyone had a great time in the condo when we didn't want to brave the unexpected chill outside. The condo was very nicely decorated and felt home. Thank you for letting us stay! I would recommend it to anyone...in fact, I have already been telling people about it!

  If you are a person with high standards then look know further then this condo. It is tastefully decorated and very clean. Lora, the owner was very pleasant to deal with and you can tell she takes pride in her condo. The Beach Colony is a nice family resort in the quieter part of the beach.

  My family and I (ages 39, 36, 16 and 12) just returned from a week stay in this condo. Let me just say, it looks exactly like the pictures. It was beautiful. Furniture was comfortable and the whole unit is decorated just wonderfully. The kitchen had all you would need to fix anything from pizza in the oven to a full meal. The washer/dryer made it easy to keep pool towels dry and baithing suits ready for the next day on the beach. The whole Beach Colony property is great. Wonderful pools and very easy beach access. I think the keyless entry is worth its weight in gold! No lost keys!!! Great since we had 2 teenagers coming and going. I highly recommend this condo (and already did). We loved it and will definately be back!

  We just returned from a week's vacation at this Condo unit. Trust me - It looks just like the pictures on-line. The unit is immaculate and feels like home away from home (but better). We enjoyed our stay here so much that we are already planning to come back next year. The Owners really put top of the line applicances in the unit and the decor a fabulous! This was also great not to have to tote linens on vacation -as some of the other condo rentals require. Next year we must stay longer!

  I stayed in this gorgeous condo the last week in June and am planning to return next year. It is prettier than the pictures!! There is nothing missing anywhere. The kitchen was a dream to work in. The beds are very comfortable and the flat screen tv's are excellent. The location can't be beat, from a wonderful beach to fine dining. The keyless entry puts an end to looking for the key. This is the best beach condo I have ever stayed in.

  I just completed the best stay ever at the beach, in this condo. The room has the best of everything. Plenty of room for everyone to sit and watch T.V or enjoy a family meal. The keyless entry relieves you from the hassle of the card, and the decorations leaves you relax, enjoying your vacation. Book it, theres nothing better! Kristie

  This condo is very tastefully decorated and all of the dishes, glassware, cutlery, etc. were first class. We really enjoyed our one month there and would not hesitate to stay there again.
