We have taken pride in all aspects of this condominium to give it the look and feel of "a resort vacation."
We just finished updating our unit with new living room furniture, paint, interior doors and keyless resort lock. You will enjoy comfortable living room furniture, a beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, and all the cooking utensils you could need, pergo flooring in the kitchen, living and dining rooms, carpet in the bedrooms, tile in the bathrooms, 42" flat screen TV in living room, and a tiled and furnished ocean-view balcony.
Your family will fit comfortably into this tenth-floor NON-SMOKING unit. Enjoy the relaxing living room and dining room with seating for six and additional counter seating for two. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the second bedroom has two double-size beds, and a washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience. We are pleased to offer our unit to you and know that you will be more than completely satisfied!
The building is in a fantastic mostly residential section, but is close to all of the activities Myrtle Beach has to offer!! Why the Owner Chose Beach Colony
My husband grew up in Virginia and vacationed on the shores of NJ. I grew up in Pittsburgh and spent many a summers vacation in Myrtle Beach. I have always dreamed of owning a place here after enjoying every moment as a child, teen and adult. I introduced Myrtle Beach to my husband (and I won't say that the golf wasn't an attraction for him) and he was all in to buy a place for our family. Now we enjoy sharing the wonderful beaches and activities that Myrtle Beach has to offer with our daughter Taylor.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our unit is in a very quiet section just north of all the activity of Myrtle Beach center. Our building is surrounded by beach homes and is not overcrowded. We are very close to great dining, shopping such as Broadway at the Beach, and activities such as water parks and putt putt!

Hi, We are Gary, Lora and Taylor Stern and we live in Charlotte, NC. Gary is in sales and I was a teacher, but now am enjoying the role as a stay at home mom. We love offering our beautiful unit to others to enjoy as much as we do. We have no doubt that you will enjoy your stay and be wanting for nothing as our unit is very well equipped. My family and I (ages 39, 36, 16 and 12) just returned from a week stay in this condo. Let me just say, it looks exactly like the pictures. It was beautiful. Furniture was comfortable and the whole unit is decorated just wonderfully. The kitchen had all you would need to fix anything from pizza in the oven to a full meal. The washer/dryer made it easy to keep pool towels dry and baithing suits ready for the next day on the beach. The whole Beach Colony property is great. Wonderful pools and very easy beach access. I think the keyless entry is worth its weight in gold! No lost keys!!! Great since we had 2 teenagers coming and going. I highly recommend this condo (and already did). We loved it and will definately be back!

We just returned from a week's vacation at this Condo unit. Trust me - It looks just like the pictures on-line. The unit is immaculate and feels like home away from home (but better). We enjoyed our stay here so much that we are already planning to come back next year. The Owners really put top of the line applicances in the unit and the decor a fabulous! This was also great not to have to tote linens on vacation -as some of the other condo rentals require. Next year we must stay longer!

I stayed in this gorgeous condo the last week in June and am planning to return next year. It is prettier than the pictures!! There is nothing missing anywhere. The kitchen was a dream to work in. The beds are very comfortable and the flat screen tv's are excellent. The location can't be beat, from a wonderful beach to fine dining. The keyless entry puts an end to looking for the key. This is the best beach condo I have ever stayed in.

I just completed the best stay ever at the beach, in this condo. The room has the best of everything. Plenty of room for everyone to sit and watch T.V or enjoy a family meal. The keyless entry relieves you from the hassle of the card, and the decorations leaves you relax, enjoying your vacation. Book it, theres nothing better! Kristie

This condo is very tastefully decorated and all of the dishes, glassware, cutlery, etc. were first class. We really enjoyed our one month there and would not hesitate to stay there again.

My wife and I, along with another couple, stayed in this lovely unit Nov. 1 - 5. We were very pleasantly surprised to find that the unit was even nicer than it appears in the pictures! The unit is decorated beautifully, is very clean and every ammenity you would need can be found in the unit. The beds are very comfortable and the sheets and towels provided are far nicer than the hotel variety. The beach in this area is fantastic and is mostly residential. A perfect location for entertainment (we saw 2 shows), shopping and dining. We liked our time here so much we came back for Thanksgiving!! You can't go wrong renting this unit

I really enjoyed my stay in this condo. It had everything we needed to have a great vacation. A girlfriend of mine and I spent 8 days in the condo and we had very good weather, spent a lot of time at the ocean and pool and hot tub. The people were all very nice and we met some good friends to hang out with on our stay. The condo had a very comforting feel and it had everything we needed for our stay. The whole area had a lot to offer as far as restraunts, movies, shopping, etc... I could not have had a better vacation and would recommend this condo to everyone. I plan to come back and stay at the same place. The price for what we got was incredible!!!!!

I stayed in this condo. in October and we were in love with the place. I took my wife, son, and mother in law and there was plenty of room for all of us to fit nicely. As I had a chance to peek at some of the other condo's that were being cleaned I could see that this one was the nicest condo around. With the ocean right outside the door and the incredible pools that were all heated, I could not have asked for a better place. I loved the ocean feel of the condo and how warm the home was decorated. This is a top notch place to stay and I will be back in the future!!! I loved it!!!!!

A beautifully decorated condo-the owners thought of everything! From the keyless entry system (which is great with different family members coming back and forth to the condo at different times-NO looking for keys constantly!) to the comfortable mattresses this condo is definitely the "cream of the crop" in the Beach Colony complex! I have stayed at dozens of properties in the 20 years we have been coming to Myrtle Beach and have never stayed in a condo decorated so nice! A real "home away from home" on vacation!
