Partial air conditioned plus fans. Sleeps 6 adults with 2 queen, 2 twin, plus 2 smaller bunk beds suitable for children or overnight guests.

The property is situated in the heart of Wisconsin's Door County Peninsula which separates Green Bay from Lake Michigan and offers some 250 miles of scenic shoreline. Sand beaches, dunes, cragy cliffs, scenic vistas and protected natural areas are interspersed with delightful small towns, parks, cherry orchards, marinas and fishing docks. It is a prime summer recreation area with boatin and watersports of all kinds, multiple golf courses, campgrounds, cottages, hotels, and restaurants. Cultural activities include two active summer theaters, multiple galleries, a summer Symphony Music Festival (Aug 4-22,2009), an acclaimed chamber music concert series in June,and weekly popular music concerts featuring a variety of musical styles. The County is cris-crossed with trails and country roads, ideal for bicycling and hiking. Spring, with its abundance of wild flowers, and fall, with its brilliant foliage, offer rural beauty at a slower pace than the popular summer months.

Why the Owner Chose Ephraim
This property has been in our family for three generations. It is available for vacation rentals to help defray maintenance expenses until such time as our careers and family situations allow us to spend more time there.
