Chalet-type cottage on Little Traverse Bay. Beautiful views, deck overlooking Gazebo on beach. Shallow cove with crystal clear water that warms up and is great for kids to play in. Play all day then beach your sailboat, kayaks, or rafts to cook on the beach, grill on the deck or go into town.
A hundred yards to the bike path to ride to Charlevoix or Petoskey, less than 15 minutes to either by car for great restaurants and shopping. Less than an hour to Mackinaw City and the ferries to the Island. Mackinac Island, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Taquamanon Falls, vineyards of Leelanau Peninsula make great day trips. Great golf, horseback riding, river rafting, canoeing, and sailing within a short drive.
