We have just completed a massive remodel this spring, including an enlarged kitchen with new cabinets, slate floors, stainless appliances, and slab granite counters. All baths feature travertine floors and showers along with new granite topped vanities. The entire condo has new doors and trim, paint, carpet and furniture. The bedrooms feature a king bedroom downstairs and two queen/queen bedrooms upstairs. All bedrooms have private baths.
This condo is large -1920 square feet with two floors and is located at the base of Beaver Creek Ski Resort in the charming town of Avon. A walk-out balcony provides breathtaking views of Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch Ski Mountains, and a gas grill allows you to cook while you take in the view. The Condominium is perfect for one or multiple families and large groups.
The onsite management company provides check-in, linens, firewood, maid service and on-call maintenance. The community has a heated swimming pool, two hot tubs, a sauna, and tennis courts. The free private shuttle bus service takes you directly to the Gondola and you will be skiing in minutes. The community is one of the few adjacent to the beautiful Nottingham Lake and Park which provide outdoor activities winter and summer.
The Condo is within walking distance to absolutely everything in Avon. The city of Avon boasts many restaurants and bars, shopping, groceries, spas and beauty salons. The indoor Rec Center is steps away, offering workout facilities, group exercise classes, a lap pool, and a heated water park. The full-service library is right next door. Avon provides free bus service throughout the town. The Town of Vail and its ski area are an easy ten minute drive.

Why the Owner Chose Avon
We have been coming to Avon for over 20 years because we love skiing Beaver Creek and the town of Avon offers so much. We started renting condos in this complex 10 years ago, and this winter we fell in love with this floorplan so when one came available, we snatched it up!! It has all the space we need for our kids and their friends, our extended family, and I think it will be perfect for one of my annual girls' reunions!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Beaver Creek is easily accessible, but you don't pay Beaver Creek rates! This property is squarely in the town of Avon, which is bordered by two highways. (Be careful that you don't end up in a condo that is across one of these highways from the town, or you'll always be in your car.) We love to walk around Nottingham Lake, walk to the Rec Center, and use the hot tubs on the property. We walk to convenience stores, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. We use the free shuttle to the gondola up to Beaver Creek mountain. Vail is just down the road, which is fun to go into for dinner or shopping. Full time property management gives us confidence that our guests are well taken care of. Just can't beat the location and the amenities.

This place is more beautiful than the pictures. It is very comfortable and has a well furnished kitchen. You are very close to the heated outdoor pool and rec center which were great. And of course the Beaver Creek skiing is awesome!! If you have children there was a fun sledding hill nearby. The staff at the office were very helpful. We highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay in this fantastic, newly remodeled condo. It is absolutely gorgeous with the most current finishes and furnishings. Plus the owners have thoughtfully stocked it with great kitchen amenities (plenty of dishes, glasses and quality cooking utensils), and beautiful bed linens. Good storage space in dressers, closets. Large living room. Very comfortable for a large family. We love the Beaver Creek West condos in general for convenient location, good management, easy access to resort shuttle, and nicely kept up property. This particular condo is first class.

We loved our stay!! The condo is comfortable, beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed for family meals after a day on the slopes. The shuttle to the gondola is an added benefit and close to bus stop for shuttle to Beaver Creek Village. Also having the Avon Rec. Center across the street was a plus. The family rated the condo the best we have rented. Enjoyed skiing, snowshoed and all else that Avon and Beaver Creek have to offer. Thank you for opening your home to us. We had a wonderful Christmas holiday.

The condo was nice and we had a great time. The only suggestions would be a new couch/sectional, more glassware for drinking and I think the can opener was broken. Otherwise it was comfortable and convenient and would be a very nice unit with some modest upgrades. Thanks again.

Your condo worked out great for us! It is roomy and very comfortable. One night we had a problem when the garbage disposal clogged but the front desk responded by having a repair man there in half an hour. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. We’d like to tentatively reserve it again next year for the first full week in February. All in all, looks like you got yourself a winner!

We loved your place! There were 8 of us (two families of 4), and it was the perfect size and configuration. The 4 kids (all 8 and under) loved the bunk bed room, and the fact that it was downstairs and had its own TV and bathroom was a saving grace when the parents were trying to get a little more sleep in the morning. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook dinners and breakfasts. Having a washer/dryer was also helpful for fresh towels and ski clothes each day. We used the free shuttle right outside the door to get to the gondola at the Westin, and it was timely and easy. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful condo. Thank you so, so much for accommodating us. We have another family that is interested in renting it for the week of March 21st if it is available.

The condo was in great shape and huge. I think the best thing was that since it is 2 floors, our group did not feel on top of each other. The teenagers were able to hang in their large bedroom when they wanted and this let my wife and me watch TV in the den and enjoy a roaring fire. It couldn't have been more convenient for skiing....the condo shuttle picked us right up at our door and it was a 5 minute ride to get on the new ski lift at the Westin. We also discovered a couple of wonderful restaurants in Avon. It was only a 2 minute walk to the Avon Rec center where our kids loved the pool with its water park slide. I will definitely book this condo again!!
