The Condominium has two master suites, one king and one queen, and the third bedroom sleeps four in bunkbeds. The unit has many upgrades and updates, including a newly remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, cable TV, and a free internet connection. A walk out balcony provides a breathtaking view of the Beaver Creek Ski Mountain, as well as several other nearby mountains, and a gas grill allows you to cook while you take in the view.
The onsite management company provides linens and maid service. The complex has a heated swimming pool, two hot tubs, a sauna, and tennis courts. The Condominium is perfect for one or multiple families.
The city bus route is walking distance and the bus drops you at the Beaver Creek base in a few minutes. There are many restaurants and shopping within walking distance, and the Vail ski area is a ten minute drive. There are many summer activities in the area, including biking, hiking, white water rafting, golfing, horseback riding, and sailing. The City of Avon has an indoor water facility and a full service library both within walking distance.
