BLUE BANYAN is a recent dream come true which the owners Eva-Maria and Gudrun are happy to share with you. Their 1 bedroom apartment on the 10th floor of Waikiki Banyan was recently purchased and completely remodeled from a standard condo into a cleverly redesigned vacation rental.
The hip designer furniture, very comfortable queen size bed, blue walls to match the ocean views - they thought of everything. The unusual wicker chairs are very comfortable and swivel in any direction . The day bed/couch a perfect place to enjoy the great view and is also a comfortable full size sleeping couch - ideal option for 2 singles. The gourmet kitchen is set up with personally selected dishes, fine glassware and circulon cookware - a treat for hobby cooks - everything is pretty, fun and yet functional. Even cooking will be a pleasure here. Of course it has a diswasher - after all you are all on vacation.
Enjoy brand new appliances , flat screen TV - DVD player. Private phone with free Oahu calls and free internet access with provided Ethernet cable - ( or wireless internet access in the Internet Cafe in the Banyan lobby in case if you do not want to bring a laptop). Of course there is a CD player and Radio. Shared washer dryer located on each floor.
The bamboo floor has been recently installed to make this apartment extra special and soft on your bare feet. Custom made curtains from Europe are another brandnew beautiful additon. If needed this unit also has a new AC - but most of the the time the trade winds will keep you cool so you can enjoy the soft Hawaiian air day and night with doors wide open. The apartement is surprisingly quiet because the location is off the main street.
The bathroom comes with a bathtub/shower combo. It shines in a sunny tangerine and is happy and fresh.
From every part of the apartment the ocean view is quite stunning, a lot of blues in every shade. Watch sailboats float by, surfers catching waves and enjoy sunsets in every color. Have a Zen moment and read a book on the ocean view lanai or watch surfers play in the water of Waikiki Beach. This is no beige place - come to Blue Banyan to fill up with Hawaii's happy rainbow of colors. Certainly at Sunset time! The building offers many amenities, including pool, tennis and grills - as well as a Cafe offering delicious Sandwiches, salads and sweets.
