  This is our first time rented a house instead of stayed in hotel. I have to say this is the best decision we made for this trip. The house was very clean and well furnished. The beds are super comfortable. There is TV in every bedroom, and books, board games and game table for children. The owner, Vivian, was very easy to work with and make the experience simple and hassle free. Supermarket and restaurants were just a couple miles away. We visited all the Disney Parks and Universal and found the location to be close enough to all. Although we came in January, the kids still enjoyed the heated pool and adults enjoyed to relax in spa and private, peaceful back yard. The home is built into a conservation area. We would definitely recommend this house to friends and family who looking to spend some quality time in Disney area.

  This is our first time renting a vacation home. The owners were so nice and helpful. The house is very clean, well furnished and kid friendly. Our son loved the pool. It's indeed a home away from home. We can't wait to go back next year.

  This was the first time we had rented a home for a month vacaton in Florida. The home was everything we expected and more. There were two couples sharing this home and the two master suites were perfect for us. The home was spacious, clean and well maintained. The pool and Spa were a real treat that we took advantage of day and night. Working with Vivian was a great pleasure. Whe is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. This rental experience was just wonderful for first timers who will definitely be back again.

  This was our first try at a vacation Rental! well im here to tell you we could not be more Happy with Vivian and her Home, from the first contact with Vivian till the last she has been so kind and helpfull, The house itself was great!!! So clean and cozy, the pool was so refreshing after a long day at Disney. If you ever have doubts about a Rental home just see Vivian!! she made the whole experience so easy for us. The home is just off exit 58, All the Disney resorts are off of exit 64, so everything is close. The house is also in a quiet neighborhood, no issues what so ever, I would rent this home again in a heartbeat, we didnt want to leave. Thanks again Vivian for a wondeful Vacation!!!!

  This was our very first Vacation Rental!! and we could not be more happy with the home and Vivian was a dream t deal with, she really knows how o treat people. The Home itself was perfect in every way, Clean,roomy,cozy, Kids loved the pool. The neighborhood was perfect also, so quiet. The location of the Home was perfect also, just off exit 58, all the Disney parks were off of exit 64, so everthing was close, Gas and Publix just a mile away. If you have doubts about a rental Vacation home well let me tell you Vivian made us feel so comfortable eve before we got there, and again her home was perfect. We stocked the fridge full of food so breakfast and Dinner at the house saved us Hundreds o dollars. Dont hesitate to rent from Vivian, I would do so in a heartbeat!!!! Thanks again Vivian.

  We were so pleased with our stay at this beautiful home. First and foremost Vivian is a pleasure to work with. It is obvious that she desires you to enjoy your time in her home.Such a joy to work with someone like her. Second, the house has the feel of being brand new. With it's hard wood floors, beautiful colors,clean pool and comfortable bedding, it is such a refreshing place to return to after a day exploring Florida! Third,it is part of a community which is quiet, comfortable and also secure. We saw security quietly traveling and checking on the community. It is very conveniently located for quick runs to the store. The local Publix has everything and is clean and well stocked and friendly! The neighborhood is quiet and respectful and yet you can enjoy time playing energetically in the pool...which our 3 kids did frequently! Would definitely stay here again!

  The villa was exactly as described. It was spacious and comfortable. It can easily accommodate a group of 8 people. All the necessities were there for making our own meals. It was quite and private. The only thing you can see from the swimming pool is the woods. The pool was well maintained. It is clean. The location of this villa was perfect. There are grocery store Publix, CVS nearby, and many restaurants in short driving distance. This was such a good experiene and I will highly recommend to others.

  We took two of our daughters and their families to Orlando for a fun time at Universal and Disney World. We decided to rent a home instead of going to a hotel. It was the best decision we could have made. The home we rented was perfect for our family. It was immaculate and very spacious. The pool was an added benefit. The family enjoyed using it daily. Vivian (the owner) was so helpful and kind. Whenever we are back in the Orlano area, we will be sure to reserve this home again. Thanks for a great time and good memories!

  Renting a Vacation home instead of a Hotel was something i wasn't too excited about, after all i didn't even want to make my own bed while on vacation. But after this experience i can't ever think of booking another hotel room in the Orlando area. This house defines perfect, from the beautiful decoration to the closeness to ALL the attractions. The house is so clean and well maintained that it felt like i had been the first person to ever rent the house. Will pass it along to everyone one i know and will be back next year! The owner does a great job of making sure everything you need is there, and i can't get tired of saying how clean this house was. Only regret i have is planning so much stuff in Orlando and not having time to enjoy the house a little more. The house was the best part of the vacation.

  This home is beautiful and very clean. Everything was in working order. Five of our children and one grandchild stayed with us. The televisions, game table, pool, jacuzzi, etc. kept them occupied after long days at Disney World Parks and Clearwater Beach. The home was located near everything that we had planned to do. I would definitely rent this home again!
