  My fiance and I rented this apartment for our week stay in New York. The apartment is everything you see in the pictures and more. We never felt crowded and everything was readily available. The owner was extremely helpful and was always available to help with any questions we might have. The location was perfect right outside the Highline which I walked everyday. We will defiantly stay here again on our next trip to New York.

  I stayed here with my brother for a tradeshow at the Javits Center which was only a few blocks away. It was a great walk to work and back every day. It is a bit far from the nearest subway, but you're RIGHT NEXT TO THE HIGH LINE!!! Because of that proximity, you can go south towards Chelsea, Meatpacking, etc. fairly easily. The apt building is a fairly new high-end high rise. The door man is really nice, and the residents are all young professionals. There is a nice market/deli downstairs so you can get anything you need whenever. I will say that if you want to stay here, it might be best for just couples. There was only one set of keys, and it was hard to coordinate with my brother who has a different schedule. There is also only one bed, and he slept on the couch. (It was a really nice couch, though.) The apartment is very clean. There is a Mac computer and about a million DVD's if you feel like staying in. The entertainment system (HD tv, cable, and sound system) were great after a long day at work. I highly recommend staying here if you are planning a couples getaway.

  My husband and I stayed at this apartment for 5 days, celebrating our 20 year anniversary. The apartment was perfect. Situated right at the top end of the Highline walkway and only one block from the Hudson River walking/bike paths. A few blocks in the other direction and you were on 7th Avenue...right in the middle of the hustle bustle of NYC. The listing was very accurate and the other reviews ring true. Dave, the owner, was helpful and accessible. The apartment was spotless and had all amenities needed. The building is safe and secure, with a doorman keeping an eye on who’s coming and going. The rooftop view of the city was spectacular (day and night). And, the 24 hour market on the main floor of the building was super handy. It’s more than just a “store”. You can order food as well. We enjoyed a couple of breakfast mornings with fresh to order pancakes, omelettes etc. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a worry free place to stay in Manhattan.

  My fiance and I really enjoyed this studio. Super clean, quiet, comfy and modern. Lot's of extras- great shower head, tv and surround sound, super comfortable couch, air conditioning etc. Perfect for two people. The rooftop view is amazing and the 24 hour store in the building is very convenient.The owner David is really friendly and accommodating. The highline is also right outside of the building- you can walk the whole thing to Greenwhich Village which takes about 45 minutes. A really neat part of the city to see! There is absolutely nothing we can complain about- the only downside would be the 15-20 minute walk to the subway, a little long after a full day of sightseeing but it really wasn't that bad. There is a shuttle from the building that takes you to the subway but this is only during weekdays. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

  A clean and comfortable studio, well located. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Great to have access to computor since we did not bring any Iphone. Well serviced building with 24h open shop on ground-floor. Lots of good restaurants and great art galleries in the area (10th Ave). Nice to be next to the high-line.

  There apartment is wery well located, just 15/20 minutes walking from Penn Station, port Authority, Times square, etc. Also you have a shuttle bus from the building to Penn Station. In the building there is also a supermarket open 24 hours where you can buy anything you need, 24 hour reception, etc. The views from the rooftop are spectacular. Inside the apartment you have all the ammenities you need, it is very clean, beautiful furniture, etc, what can i say. David was so serious and will help you with anything you need. During the stay the fridge was damaged and it was replaced in just few hours. You will feel there like in your own home. I reccomend it !! Jorge.

  The apartment is vey good located, you can go walking in 15 minutes to Penn station, port Authority, in 20 to times Square, etc.., also there is a shuttle bus from the building to Penn station. In the building there is a 24 hours shop. The views from the rooftop are incredible. Inside the apartment you have all possible commodities, clean, beautiful furniture and David will help you with anything you need. During the stay the fridge was damaged and it was changed in few hours. It was my second time in NY and i recommend this place to stay, i will surely repeat without any doubt. I recommend it.   Great place to stay, very convenient to walk to the Javits center. Quiet, clean place and with all the amenities one could wish for. David, the owner, is a very nice person. Yes, I would recommend this place to my friends.

  It was a very nice apartment, comfortable, clean, with all the amenities of a home away. David is very right and serious, and helped me in all my questions. For me, 5 stars. Only the subway was 4 blocks aprox..

  Dear David We just want to thank you again for allowing us to stay until the afternoon on the day of our departure. It made the day a lot more enjoyable for us. Also we like to tell you that your apartment really turned out to be a pleasent surprise; spacious, clean, super well equipt and convenient. And the view from the roof must be second to none in Manhattan. Just fantastic. Gardar and Lena.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.
