Villa, free standing with beautiful view over Kralendijk and the sea. The Caribbean wind blows freely through the bungalow. It has a large garden with palm trees, oleander and a lot of privacy.
The pool plus sun-deck has makes "the spot" a real paradise. New breezy shutter windows, new beds and a big lcd tv have been added summer 2009 for your comfort.
Divers paradise. 800 yards to closest diving beach where you can also swim. Close to Sorobon is a top surf location at only 10 minutes away.
Sleeps four in two bedrooms, each with airco and two single beds and attached shower with hot and cold water and toilet.
Extra room with air conditioning and sleeping couch for 2. Brand New Car -Chevrolet four person pickup with air conditioning, $35 per day+$10 insurance. Unlimited internet $30 per week.

Year Purchased: 2007
We (George and Anouk) are both architects, living in Holland (EUR)- we loved this house from the first moment we saw it and we go there ourselves twice a year. Of course we improved and restyled it completely in the past years, it really is a paradise now.

Bonaire is a great place, beautiful nature, the BEST diving and snorkling plus windsurfing and kite-surfing- we are a sprortive and active family so it is perfect for us !
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
Because the house is so close to Lac Bay (surfing), but also only 10 min. from main town Kralendijk, you feel really in the centre of things. The house is built on a hill, so you overlook the Island and feel "on top of the world"
