Located in the heart of Eastport, in a circa 1890 recently fully renovated house and apartment it is within walking distance or a three minute taxi ride to downtown historic Annapolis and the US Naval Academy as well as shopping, theater, and restaurants.
The area has ten restaurants, bars, and coffee shops, sailing schools, kayak rentals, and marinas all within a few blocks.
The apartment itself is fully furnished with all amenities,including a fully equipped kitchen, luxury linens ,w/dr and all the comforts of home great for a short visit or for a longer transition time . We offer daily, weekly and monthly rates. Smoking outside in the large backyard.
The main house has three bedrooms, and the potential for a forth, gas fireplace, gourmet kitchen, large back yard for entertaining.

VRBO Bear stayed here - 09/20/2007 What could be better than a visit to historical Annapolis MD? - the lovely accommodations the VRBO Bear found in this charming apartment in Eastport! This home has been completely renovated and was a cozy retreat at the end of the day.
The purpose of our visit was to attend the First Class Parents' Weekend at the US Naval Academy. This bear's friends have a son at the Academy, and the apartment was in a perfect location for the weekend's festivities. There are restaurants and quaint stores all around this location, with a Ruth's Chris Steak house right down the street! We walked to the Academy on the first morning, crossing the bridge over Spa Creek and enjoying the sights of the marina - boats, homes and businesses along the way. In the evening, we enjoyed the ride on the water taxi that dropped us off just a few blocks from the apartment.
The apartment was a delight, with every comfort a bear could desire. The bed with its luxurious linens was so comfortable, I could have hibernated all weekend! The kitchen was stocked with any item I might have needed, and the living room was inviting with a comfortable sofa and TV. And if you are a bear who needs to stay "connected," there is even wireless internet available.
Our hostess, Joanne, is an artist, and there are many pieces of her work displayed throughout the apartment, including charming painted furniture and beautiful artwork on the walls. She even has a small gallery of her work in her home, which is attached to the apartment. You can tell that every detail was lovingly appointed with a generous spirit.
