We purchased 202A for two key reasons: First, the Resort is amazing with amenities galore, it is beautifully maintained, it provides 24 hour security and has a secure, gated entrance. Second, the oceanFRONT location of 202A is priceless. The view is mesmerizing and constantly changing and always stunning. Whether it's watching the surf, spotting a school of dolphin traveling by, or seeing horses on the beach in winter, it is always a place with a story happening in front of it. We were glued to that view from our first visit to 202A & it has never lost an ounce of its relaxing, refreshing power over us!

The Lemleys, Mike & Flo, originally from Cleveland, OH, purchased 202A after visits to MB had them falling in love with all the coastal area has to offer. The oceanfront location of 202A sealed the deal for them. Once becoming 202A owners they took on the task of updating and renovating 202A. Most recently, they completed a beautiful kitchen rehab in the condo. Their hearts continued to get tugged by the charm of MB and in 2008 they made a permanent move to Myrtle Beach; their new home being only minutes from the Resort. "It's like being on vacation all the time!" The result is they are truly hands-on owners of 202A and can offer guests the unique benefit of being directly in the area for any needs. They are very proud of 202A & are constantly performing updates, maintenance and enhancements to their oceanfront condo. Their hope is guests not only have a memorable stay at 202A, but that they will return and also refer 202A to their friends and family. We are so glad we found your condo on the internet. We've really enjoyed our stay. Youv'e done a great job providing everything we would need for a week on the beach...right down to the "chip clips". The condo was a cozy comfortable home away from home.

Your place is adorable! ...view is the best we have ever had of the ocean anywhere. The cleanliness is comforting and the amenities outstanding. This was our first stay at Myrtle Beach but will not be our last! ...we truly enjoyed everything.

Just wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice and gave us the getaway that was sorely needed. The whole atmosphere was very relaxing. We only wish that we had booked two weeks instead of one. We have been talking about returning next year. This is the first time that we have used vrbo.com and you made the experience very easy.
