This second floor unit has panoramic oceanfront views and a long uncrowded family friendly beachfront. Our family has been coming to Topsail for 15 years and have been renting for 5 years to a wonderful set of guests. We try to blend tasteful "home touches " with the elegance of granite counter tops and our recent renovations so as to make your stay comfortable and carefree. Sheets, towels and beach chairs are provided to lessen your travel luggage.Our location on Topsail Island's south end, quickly becomes a favorite destination to those who have been here.

Why the Owner Chose Topsail Beach
Topsail Island is the southernmost of the barrier islands. Our condo complex was built back in the 80's when oceanfront land was still somewhat affordable, so it is square on the beach, not off on some oblique angle like many of the Topsail condos. We are in the town of Topsail Beach, which is on the far south side of the island - the sleepy old-fashioned end of the island - just how I like it! Topsail Beach doesn't not allow any building over 35 feet, so the whole oceanfront is low - not built up like some other sections of the island. Where I am there is no building on the sound side, so it is a nearly clear 360 degree view. My condo is on the second floor direct oceanfront, as you can see from the pictures. First floor units are nice, but you just can't beat the view from a second floor. You can see the ocean from every room in my condo except the soundside BR and 2nd bath. We have a huge pool and a new hot tub and a sauna - all about 70 steps from my front door!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I am at the beach a lot - I spend much of April and May and most of September and October there. The condo is furnished, decorated and stocked for me - the way I like it. It is therefore not at all like a regular beach rental. Everything is comfortable, everything is tasteful, and it is very well stocked - with high quality things! The master BR has both a 4 inch Tempurpedic mattress pad and a pillowtop mattress cover and 450 thread count sheets. The second bedroom has a 2 inch Tempurpedic mattress pad and pillowtop mattress cover and 450 thread count sheets--- these are some comfortable beds! I have bath size towels and 2 extra thick bath sheets in the master bathroom. I also have nice beach towels, and beach umbrellas and beach chairs. And if anyone is a puzzle person, you're in serious luck!

My husband and I and our three daughters love Topsail! After spending our vacations renting places on Topsail for almost 20 years, we finally got our own condo a few years ago. It was wonderful fun furnishing, decorating and stocking our condo the way I would have liked those rentals to be all those years --- comfortable beds, nice things. I love renting our place through vrbo -- it feels to me more often than not that folks staying at our place are friends coming for a visit. Without exception folks have taken good care of our place and our things, making it easy for me to leave my nice things out for guests to use.

This condo is just as desccribed. Cozy, comfortble, as close to the ocean as possible, beautiful views, well stocked. My husband and I needed a few days to get away. Owner was very helpful and responsive through the reservation process. We definitely plan to rent again. We also had a wonderful dinner at Sears Landing our last evening - recommend it to visitors. Thank you for a great stay.We look forward to our next visit.

My friend and I have spent many vacations at Topsail Beach, and this condo was one of the best places we have ever stayed. Very comfortable, with all of the conveniences of home. We had a great time even though the weather was cool and cloudy. Deb was great - lots of information and a very warm welcome!

We were fortunate enough to have stumbled on this gem in November 2009. The pictures don't do it justice. This was the first comfortable bed my son had slept in since he returned from Afghanistan and he said it was even better than he'd dreamed. She couldn't have been more accomodating and I know anyone who stays in this condo will likely want to return! Thank you for helping make Daniel's return home to the US a memory of a lifetime for all of us. The size of the condo was more than big enough for my husband, myself, my returning Marine, and his older brother (who was very comfortable on the pull out futon bed). Again, the pictures don't do it justice!

Had a wonderful time at Deb's place at Topsail Beach. It was my first time on the island and we loved it. The view from the condo balcony is GORGEOUS !!!!!!!!! Everything you need is there. We brought our own chairs and umbrella but found out she had all that there. Will remember that next time.....and there will be a next time !!!! Sears Landing and Max Pizza were winners for Dinner.

We spent a week at Deb's place and thought we should share our comments with anyone else considering a stay. It is unusual to find a place that lives up to all that it was advertised as but this place was one. We had our three year old and seven month old boys so the little things like the pak & play, high chair, and boxes of toys were perfect. Having beach items to use as well as sheets and towels made packing a little easier on us all. My personal favorite was the small bag of coffee that was left in the cabinet! After arriving late on Saturday we decided to put off the grocery store run until Sunday, so having that cup of coffee started my stay off on a good note. We would recommend Deb's place to anyone thinking of a stay at Topsail.

WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL---Deb's place was just that and more...thoroughly delightful time in october...great place, great location, great bed...felt like we were on a cruise with the water literally out the window...enjoyed sunrises from back and sunsets from front...will definitely come back our next time in NC....

Our visit to Topsail Beach was wonderful. The weather was beautiful and the comfortable cozy place that Deb provides just made it even better! She is really great to work with in renting her place. We loved having access to the pool and hot tub. My 2 1/2 year old enjoyed having lots of books, games and beach toys to play with. It was also very nice to have beach chairs and umbrellas available for us to use. That was one less thing for us to pack and drag with us. The view from the balcony is so relaxing and beautiful. Nothing but positive things to say about it!

This year was the first time we stayed at Deb's place. It was everything we hoped for. The views are gorgeous. The condo is stocked with all kinds of goodies from games, toys, soft towels and linens, kitchen stuff, things for the beach, etc. Even has a cappuccino machine! We enjoyed the restaurant suggestions and menus. Topsail is a great place for everyone to enjoy and relax. Deb is wonderful and so nice to deal with. We will definitely be back.

We stayed at Deb's place this past July. It was wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! The beds were the most comfortable that I have ever slept in at a vacation rental! The condo was so beautifully decorated and well stocked. Coming from Ohio, it was great not to have to haul linens and beach chairs! Deb was so great to deal with. Such a kindred spirit in her love of the beach and especially Topsail Island!
