Our unit is a non-smoking one bedroom, two bath, with a separate bunkroom. The unit is full of luxury upgrades. Sunrise Beach is now the Premier Resort on Panama City Beach. Come and experience this great resort.
Our unit is on the 23rd floor with a spectacular view of the emerald blue water and white sandy beaches. The gulf front master suite, with direct balcony access, has a queen-size bed and LCD television with DVD.
The large master bathroom with a corner Jacuzzi garden tub has a separate shower and double vanities. The bunkroom has a day bed with a trundle, which can be two twins or can pop up to make a queen-size bed; it also has a LCD television with a DVD.
The guest bathroom is very spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped: GE appliances, ice maker, pantry and beautiful granite countertops. You will experience all the conveniences of home. A full-size washer and dryer are located in the hallway.
The gulf front den is superior with direct balcony access, a queen-size sofa sleeper, 32-inch flat-screen television with DVD player, stereo with five disc CD changer, wireless high-speed internet, etc. The extra large balcony is great for relaxing and listening to the surf there is a table, four chairs and chase lounger.
Sunrise has four levels of Gulf side parking. The pool, fitness center, theatre and lobby are located on the fifth floor. Our large fitness center faces the Gulf, what a way to workout. We have a large pool deck with two gorgeous pools, (one is heated), two Jacuzzis, and a huge mushroom fountain for the kids to play.
We have an in house theater room with a plasma television for your movie enjoyment. We also have two gas grills on the deck of the walkway to the beach. This unit is awesome, what can we say...You must come and check it out for yourself. |
