This is truely a condo for the next generation. This (no smoking) condo is loaded with extra's. Located on the 23rd floor, featuring a Master Suite with private master bath, garden tub, seperate shower, double vanity, 27" flat screen TV with DVD, opening out to the 26' deck that expands from the bedroom across the living room. Come enjoy the deck, sunsets and the emerald green water in this beautiful, professionally decorated unit in the soft colors of summer. Drapes have blackout lining.

The Bunk Area is a great place for kids or even adults. 15" LCD HD Flat Screen TV. A trundle bed with a pull out drawer for another twin and extra storage. The fully equipped kitchen is decorated with the new color block look. Comfortable leather bar stools can also pull up to the counter high dinette.

This luxurious condominium has a breath taking view the minute you walk in the door, with granite counter tops, a 26" LCD HD TV flat screen with high definition channels for those who like to experience the technology of today's generation, also a DVD player that features surround sound stereo. Another added bonus is high speed wireless internet. Unit is within walking distance to the world famous Sharky's Bar and Grill.

Sunrise Beach has two beautiful pools and two hot tubs, that are located five stories above the beach, affording wonderful views of the beach and gulf, while relaxing pool side. Between the two oversized pools, is a kiddie pool with a mushroom fountain for the younger guests. Overlooking the pool deck is a workout facility, to satisfy the fitness lovers.

There is also a theater with a 60" plasma screen TV, and a director of activities for the children. One of the nicest features of this building is the under-building parking, 4 floors of parking which saves a tremendous amount of time over the parking garages, that are located across the street, from most other high-rise condos.

The decor is modern and beautiful and it is very reasonably priced - I will definitely stay here again in the future ! If you are considering this unit you have nothing to worry about - Go for it !

  • We really enjoyed our stay at this Sunrise Beach condo. It is beautifully decorated and has all of the comforts of home. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the awesome view. The Stovall's corresponded with us via e-mail and telephone. They were very helpful in answering all of our questions. They made the process of making reservations and recieving the keys very easy. Upon arrival, we really liked having the key to the condo in our possession. After a long day of travel we could go directly to the condo. We did not have to stand in line to check in. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon!

    Welcome to Sunrise Beach, a beautiful new complex, centrally located in the heart of Panama City Beach. Beautiful sunsets, and emerald green waters. The view from the 23rd floor has to be the best on the beach. Panama City is on a building explosion. Many new and excting places to eat and see. "The Salt Water Grill", "The Bonefish Grill" (one of my favorites) I love the Seabass, for a couple of dollars you can add a specialty topping, try the Reah) Ruth's Chris Steak House and now Starbucks located about 1/4 mile from us at Pier Park. For a great lunch menu, Monetgo Bay on Thomas is a favorite even for the locals. Great prices for lunch.I love the baked Grouper/and a large slice of grilled pineapple.Of course, Captain Anderson, a timeless tradition. Gulf World is 1/2 mile and a great place for kids and adults. Enjoy your stay, and don't forget to sign our guest book.
