This is truely a condo for the next generation. This (no smoking) condo is loaded with extra's. Located on the 23rd floor, featuring a Master Suite with private master bath, garden tub, seperate shower, double vanity, 30" flat screen TV with DVD, opening out to the 26' deck that expands from the bedroom across the living room. Come enjoy the deck, sunsets and the emerald green water in this beautiful, professionally decorated unit in the soft colors of summer. Drapes have blackout lining.

The Bunk Area is a great place for kids or even adults. 15" LCD HD Flat Screen TV. A trundle bed with a pull out drawer for another twin and extra storage. The fully equipped kitchen is decorated with the new color block look. Comfortable leather bar stools can also pull up to the counter high dinette.
This luxurious condominium has a breath taking view the minute you walk in the door, with granite counter tops, a 26" LCD HD TV flat screen with high definition channels for those who like to experience the technology of today's generation, also a DVD player that features surround sound stereo. Another added bonus is high speed wireless internet. Unit is within walking distance to the world famous Sharky's Bar and Grill.

Sunrise Beach has two beautiful pools and two hot tubs, that are located five stories above the beach, affording wonderful views of the beach and gulf, while relaxing pool side. Between the two oversized pools, is a kiddie pool with a mushroom fountain for the younger guests. Overlooking the pool deck is a workout facility, to satisfy the fitness lovers.
There is also a theater with a 60" plasma screen TV, and a director of activities for the children. One of the nicest features of this building is the under-building parking, 4 floors of parking which saves a tremendous amount of time over the parking garages, that are located across the street, from most other high-rise condos.

- less than one mile for Pier Park and Sports complex. Lots of great places to heat close by. Love the SandBar, Back Porch. Hunt's, Calypso and Dusty's. For the beef eaters, Angelo's still the best steak on the beach. Captain Anderson's a traditional favorite.

We really enjoyed our vacation to this condo. It was a very beautifully decorated unit. The weather and the beach could not have been better. Susan was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to answer my questions and make our visit comfortable and worry free. We go to Panama City every year but have never stayed at Sunrise Beach before. We will definitetly stay in this condo and this unit in the future. Thanks for a wonderful trip.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. The unit was nicely furnished and very clean. We cooked half of our meals during our vacation and had everything we needed to do so. We had 4 adults and 3 small children staying and had plenty if room. Overall the condo well exceeded our expectations and the view was amazing as well, not to leave out the great location. I will definitely plan to stay here on our next trip down!

Amazing view from the 23rd floor. The bedroom and den both open out to a deck overlooking the gulf. We enjoyed the sunsets and the local Pier Park for shopping and great food. Easy transition with Hoyt and Susan on keys and passes. I will be returning to Sunrise for our next vacation.

My family and I stayed at this condo the last part of July 2011 and were very disappointed. It was not cleaned very well at all and had appliances that didn't work properly and broken furniture. The resort itself is nice and the view was amazing, the problem was the condo itself is just not very well maintained.

This condo was fabulous! Was everything the Stovall's described. We brought two small children and had plenty of room. We cooked most nights and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again. Some other family members stayed at the Majestic Towers and the spring breaker's were everywhere, our complex was quiet and very family oriented. We didn't have to worry about a thing. We were initially worried about the elevators taking a long time with our children in tow, but they were extremely fast. Thanks Hoyt and Susan!

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this condo. It has a beautiful view and is very good furnished. We felt as at home. It has everything you need for cooking and relaxing. It is Close to a Pier Park. Good place to stay.
