This Gulf-Front, beach house is located on a six-mile white sand beach of the Gulf of Mexico; one of the finest bathing, shelling, and sunning beaches in the United States.
Our three bedroom, two bath home sleeps seven, and is located among private residential homes. A favorite spot is the 28-foot screened & carpeted lanai overlooking the water - perfect for dining, watching the dolphins frolic, listening to the gentle surf, reading a good book, or enjoying a beautiful sunset. Or, go inside the house, which has newly tiled floors throughout, and spend a quiet evening watching a movie or listening to music.
Swimmers will love the knee-deep water along the shore for shelling, and just beyond shore the water is deep enough for swimming and water exercise in the gentle rolling waves. Excellent birdwatching and wide sandy views from Naples to Fort Myers.
Further Details: Within walking distance on the beach is a Bonita Springs landmark 'Doc's' Beach House, where you can eat, drink, and rent jet-skis, water trikes, catamarans, or go parasailing. You are just 15 minutes North of Naples, which offers 'world-class' shopping, dining, galleries, golf, and tennis.
Within five miles you have 40 restaurants, four shopping areas, movie theaters, and various boating outlets. Marco Island and Sanibel Island are 45 minutes away. Fort Myers Beach is ten minutes away. There are two major league baseball spring training camps, greyhound racing, the Seminole Casino, gambling boats, the Henry Ford and Thomas Edison winter homes, museums, zoos, miniature golf, and more.
There is a walking and biking path in front of the house, where you can also catch the public trolleys to Fort Myers Beach. Enjoy viewing dolphins, manatees, and tropical birds at nearby Lover's Key State Park. Rent a pontoon boat or a canoe and cruise the backwaters to your own private beach or fishing spot.
