True island living at its best, this new home is situated on a very private 3/4 acre, nestled at the base of the West Maui Mountains, with 180 degree spectacular oceanviews. Great hiking, running, bike paths and surfing right out your front door. Located in West Maui's newest upscale agricultural neighborhood, this home offers a beautiful covered, wrap-around lanai, where you can enjoy awesome Maui sunsets, dinner or simply watch the whales during whale season. Layout consists of a large great room with vaulted ceilings, a spacious, open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, each with french doors opening to the incrdible views, and 2 gorgeous bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, and bedroom two has 2 twin beds. Living room has plenty of room to set up our futon for extra sleeping space. Every room has an oceanview which looks out to Lanai, Molokai, and Kahoolawe in the distance. Newly built, the home has granite countertops, vaulted ceilings, air conditioning,and beautiful tile. Also, a fully enclosed two-car garage with full sized washer/dryer. Enjoy the beautifully landscaped yard, with plenty of room for sports equipment, kids, etc.. Not to mention the luxury linens that will make you feel pampered. Dream tropical vacation home!

We spent several days here in April and were delighted. We were so happy to find such a quiet, comfortable, restful and convenient base for tackling Lahaina. We found the owners had thought of everything and were seriously committed to sharing their love of Maui through their home. This is a great place to start a day on Maui with breakfast on the lanai, and a great place to return to after a full day--especially if "touristed out". The numerous photos give a great picture of the place, though if you've not been to this area before it is hard to convey just how convenient-yet-set-apart this place is from Lahaina. Everything was clean and well maintained, and all our interactions with Marc were fantastic. I think this place offers an excellent value in its price range for someone looking for a really special Maui experience.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
