This exclusive beachfront resort with just 20 units offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy an amazing Gulf sunset from your private balcony. Enjoy long walks on the wide, white, uncrowded, sandy beach.
Our luxury three bedroom, two bath condo is a fifth floor, center unit, with fantastic VIEWS of the GULF of MEXICO from the master bedroom and living room. The balcony extends across the living room and master bedroom. Our condo is beautifully decorated, with custom painted walls and ceramic tile throughout. Luxury furnishings throughout.
There are king sized beds in all bedrooms. The master bath has a granite countertops, double bowl vanity, two closets and a separate HUGE shower area. All bedrooms have Flat screen TV's with DVD players; Master has Flat screen TV, DVD Player, and cable TV. The living room has a 50' Flat Screen TV, DVD player, Cable TV and a large sofa. Our unit has FREE WIRELESS INTERNET and LONG DISTANCE!!!!!
The kitchen is fully equipped with newer appliances and all dishes/pots/cutlery supplied, as well as coffee maker and blender. There is a bar area between the kitchen and living room that sits 3. There is a full sized washer and dryer in the pantry off the kitchen.
The private balcony has a bar height table with 4 swivel chairs so you can enjoy the beautiful view. Balcony also has 2 lounge chairs. We also provide chairs and other amenities that can be used on the beach.
Under cover parking for one unit and visiting parking in the outside car park.
