Cass Lake is the largest, 1280 acres, inland, all-sports lake in Southeastern Michigan. Cass Lake is located in Oakland County. Cass Lake is so large it changes cities four times: Keego Harbor, Orchard Lake, West Bloomfield and Waterford Township. The State Park, Dodge Park #4, is at the beginning of our bay with 139 acres and one mile of shoreline with a beautiful sandy beach. The boat launch is very convenient.
This tastefully appointed, light-filled home is situated on the tranquil north bay of Cass Lake. Bring your boat and dock it right in front of The Lake House or rent one from a local marina. Swimming and fishing are right outside your door. Locals love Cass Lake and you will too! The sophisticated Lake House features leather sofas, hardwood floors, a natural fireplace, central air and wifi. The oak and granite kitchen is fully equipped with enough china and wine glasses to entertain friends and family. The bay view dining room offers a panoramic view of the bay. The large, private deck is positioned in a courtyard layout equipped with a gas barbeque. There are three umbrella tables on the deck to accommodate 14.
Three fabulous bedrooms are as follows: French doors lead you into the Great Room/Master Suite with oak flooring, an 18 foot ceiling with large windows. It is appointed with a queen-size memory foam sleeper sofa and private bathroom with shower.
The King Lakefront Bedroom has a king-size bed with access to the deck. The romantic Merlot Bedroom has a king-size bed.
The Lake House sleeps 6, plus a rollaway bed for a small adult makes 7, and a cube chair/bed for a child makes 8.
After your game of volleyball, badminton, or bocce ball, have a barbeque then watch the colors of the sunset. Toast some marshmallows around the bonfire pit and create new memories.
Every season is magical when looking at the trees across the bay and breathing in that fresh air.
If you are lucky, early in the morning there are two elegant cranes that walk the waterfront.

Sports Arenas: Joe Louis for the Red Wings, Comerica Park for the Detroit Tigers and Ford Field for the Detroit Lions. The Detroit Opera House, Music Hall, Fisher Theatre, Fox Theatre and the Gem Theatre are all located in Downtown Detroit offer great entertainment.

This was our third time back to the lake house. It is a beautiful home with great views, a dock and cleats to hook up your boat. It is very tranquil yet close to a lot of tourist sites if you want activity. The owners are wonderful. They are friendly and accommodating in every way. They are actually now our friends :) We can't wait to go back next year, we may even make a family reunion out of it and rent both houses.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Our four night stay was so comfortable and warm. The house was well stocked. we threw a dinner party for 13 comfortably. The views were serene. The landlords delightful. We loved the shopping in Birmingham. WE SHALL RETURN!!!!!! Julianna and Jerry.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
