A perfect opportunity to relax and enjoy the sounds of water crashing against the sand. The Condominiums are located on Corpus Christi Beach within close proximity to downtown. The condominiums feature two pools and two hot tubs.

Start the day watching the sunrise on your private balcony. Later that night take the kids to see a Baseball game at Whataburger Field. The team is called the Corpus Christi Hooks and is a farm team of the Houston Astros!

The Condominium is located minutes away from the U.S.S. Lexington, Texas State Aquarium and Museum of Science and History. Enjoy a day of shopping in downtown Corpus Christi. Walk down the beach and enjoy some oysters on the half shell and an ice cold beer. Later that night enjoy a beachfront restaurant and order some fresh seafood.

Your unit is located right on the beach with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit has a single bedroom with a queen-size bed. It has a fully-functioning kitchen with a refrigerator. A set of bunkbeds for the kids with cable television. Do not worry about finding a place to park. This is a gated condominium with plenty of covered parking.

  • I had a wonderful stay at this Condo during the month of July. It is a beautiful setting right on the beach & very well furnished. It was a great home away from home for the month I was there -- hearing the surf, walking the beach, internet access, and everything one needs for a great stay. I plan to return soon & I highly recommend it to others. Have fun!

  • My husband and I stayed with our 2 young children at one of ERS's condos in Corpus Christi over the 4th of July weekend. We had a GREAT time. The Condo was clean and had all amenities. The bldg and parking was behind gates and we never had a problem finding a spot. The elevator made it great to haul all our beach stuff out to the beach each day. The ERS staff was wonderful to work with. We will definitely stay again! Thanks ERS

  • We were very impressed with the accommodations at Villa del Sol. The condominium facilities were well kept and the room was fully equipped, creating a comfortable and relaxing stay. Especially enjoyable was the scenic view of the Gulf of Mexico from our balcony (Room 1207). Within the facility were a number of things to do for entertainment including two hot tubs and two pools. With private access to the Corpus Christi beach and just minutes away from tourist attractions (Texas State Aquarium and USS Lexington), we were very satisfied with our stay. Enjoy!   • We really enjoyed our stay at your condo and felt very secure as it is a gated complex and even had a guard on the gates at night. The condo was very clean, nicely furnished and was well appointed with extras. The kitchen was well stocked and the view from the balcony overlooking the bay was great. Even with the condo being right on the beach, it was nice to use the two swimming pools and hot tubs.We were a short drive from the Lexington and Texas State Aquarium and access to the Interstate was very easy. We look forward to comming back and will be telling everybody about your condo. Rick was very helpful answering all our questions and even help us with our site seeing activities.
