You will not find a better deal on a lower floor gulf front unit which sleeps 7 in a new luxury resort anywhere on the Gulf Coast.
Newer, luxury, one bedroom (Gulf front master), two baths (master with garden tub and separate shower), with a separate bunkroom (with a full-size futon plus a twin top bunk).
This unit feels like a two bedroom, but rents for the price of a one bedroom. This unit sleeps seven, and easily accommodates four adults and three children. The master bedroom with a king bed faces the gulf. The bunk room sleeps 3 with a full futon bunk bed with a twin top bunk. This condominium is decorated in a luxury island theme. In lovely greens and tans. The bunkroom (second bedroom) and second bath are decorated in a fun "Pottery Barn" surf theme. It is full of Luxury upgrades, including a 32 inch flat panel LCD TV in the family room, granite countertops, fully stocked kitchen, DVD/VCR players, master garden tub with separate shower, high speed internet access,etc. Sunrise is located less than 1 mile from Pier Park which makes it an ideal location.
Rent Direct from the owner and save hundreds over the on-site rental office and the big internet travel sites. The rates we quote you in our response are rates which include the sales tax and end of stay maid service. Florida taxes have increased this year and we will NOT be passing that costs on to our renters as others have. You will be guaranteed this luxury condominium with its location just four floors above the pools and hot tubs, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The corporate rental agencies do not give you a guaranteed condominium or location. Compare our prices and luxury features. You will see what a great deal we offer.
ATTENTION: BASEBALL and SOFTBALL PLAYERS, Little League World Series participants, we are one of the closest condos to the Panama City Beach Recreation, Baseball and Softball fields. We stayed here July 30-August 6, 2011 and it was a perfect location. We met up with our kids and grandkids who stayed just below us. Our condo was spacious, relaxing, nicely decorated, and met all of our needs. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the beach was an added plus. We would highly recommend this property for anyone.

We stayed at Sunrise Beach in June for the ball tournament. The location was great the condo was very roomy and nicely decorated the beach was beautiful. Perfect size for family of 4 the kids loved the pool. Large balcony overlooking the pool was a plus.Elevator access was great did not have to wait long time. We will definitely be back.

We stayed in this condo from May 23-26. We had a wonderful time. All of the people were so friendly, the condo looks just like in the pictures, so quiet and so home like. Each room has a tv in it. The master bathroom was great. The owner was great to work with and the booking process was super easy! We will be spending our 1 year Anniversary here next year :) Thanks Judy!!!

My family and I stayed in this condo from 5/8 to 5/15/2010. My husband and I have stayed in several condos over the years, but this was by far the best. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. The pictures do not do this condo justice. We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. We would also highly recommend the owners, as they were very easy to work with and were extremely timely in all email/phone coorespondence. I would also like to add, Sunrise Beach as a whole was very well maintained. The pools/beaches were beautiful and clean and the staff was wonderful. Thanks for allowing us to stay! Hopefully, we can come back soon!!!

We have just returned from a week in Panama City…This condo is great! Very nicely decorated, great location and the patio is great for sunset dinners. Our agent, Maureen, was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend both the condo and Maureen!

We stayed Mother's Day weekend 2009. This is a wonderful unit! Nicely decorated and no surprises at arrival. We love the keyless entry system; parking deck is very convenient; we LOVE the pool is on 5th level overlooking the beach (no sand in pools). Brie and Maureen Smith are easy to work with, this is our 2nd year booking with them and we have not been disappointed! Several friends are now using them, too.

We stayed here the week of September 18 and had a fantastic time! The condo had everything we needed. It was wonderfully decorated and my husband loved the plasma TV.
