  This place was very nice! We were impressed with how much nicer it truly is compared to the pictures! Judy was very helpful and even had us come to her place to grab some things for the kids to do! Great time and great people! we will return!

  We just returned from our family vacation to Sunrise Beach unit 907 in Panama City Beach, FL. This condo was wonderful. We have vacationed in PCB several times and think this condo is one of the best deals on the beach. This was the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. It is very nicely decorated. The two pools are very large, and we never had a hard time finding pool chairs. Our three children shared the bunk room and had plenty of room. Judy was excellent to deal with and answered all of my questions promptly. The rental process was simple and efficient. The beach was not croweded here like at some of the larger properties. We liked walking to Sharky's for dinner. It is also only a short drive to Pier Park and many other places to eat. I would definately stay here again.

  We had a pleasant stay at this condo. The decor from the pictures is what initially drew me to the property. I love the beautiful granite countertops, the earth tones of the decor and the big garden tub in the master room. The view of the ocean from the balcony was the best. I actually napped on the balcony for a good hour or so, it was wonderful.

  We stayed here July 30-August 6, 2011 and it was a perfect location. We met up with our kids and grandkids who stayed just below us. Our condo was spacious, relaxing, nicely decorated, and met all of our needs. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the beach was an added plus. We would highly recommend this property for anyone.

  We stayed at Sunrise Beach in June for the ball tournament. The location was great the condo was very roomy and nicely decorated the beach was beautiful. Perfect size for family of 4 the kids loved the pool. Large balcony overlooking the pool was a plus.Elevator access was great did not have to wait long time. We will definitely be back.

  We stayed in this condo from May 23-26. We had a wonderful time. All of the people were so friendly, the condo looks just like in the pictures, so quiet and so home like. Each room has a tv in it. The master bathroom was great. The owner was great to work with and the booking process was super easy! We will be spending our 1 year Anniversary here next year :) Thanks Judy!!!

  My family and I stayed in this condo from 5/8 to 5/15/2010. My husband and I have stayed in several condos over the years, but this was by far the best. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. The pictures do not do this condo justice. We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. We would also highly recommend the owners, as they were very easy to work with and were extremely timely in all email/phone coorespondence. I would also like to add, Sunrise Beach as a whole was very well maintained. The pools/beaches were beautiful and clean and the staff was wonderful. Thanks for allowing us to stay! Hopefully, we can come back soon!!!

  We have just returned from a week in Panama City…This condo is great! Very nicely decorated, great location and the patio is great for sunset dinners. Our agent, Maureen, was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend both the condo and Maureen!

  We stayed Mother's Day weekend 2009. This is a wonderful unit! Nicely decorated and no surprises at arrival. We love the keyless entry system; parking deck is very convenient; we LOVE the pool is on 5th level overlooking the beach (no sand in pools). Brie and Maureen Smith are easy to work with, this is our 2nd year booking with them and we have not been disappointed! Several friends are now using them, too.

  We stayed here the week of September 18 and had a fantastic time! The condo had everything we needed. It was wonderfully decorated and my husband loved the plasma TV. The view of the Gulf from the balcony was wonderful. The owner was wonderful to work with as well. I would highly recommend staying here! We loved it!
