One bedroom, one bath condominium in beautiful oceanfront complex. Recently updated, this unit is located on the desirable third floor and is two doors down from the elevator for easy access. Enjoy sweeping ocean and mountain views from your private shaded lanai.
Complex features two pools: a fresh water pool and a salt/fresh water combination pool, sand beach, gas barbecue area, washer and dryer facilities in complex. A convenience store is located on the property. We as owners have tried to provide you with every amenity... so pack light!
Unit is locate approximately 1.5 miles from downtown and is close to beaches, golf, hiking, biking, restaurants and shopping.

Why the Owner Chose Casa De Emdeko
We chose a condo at Casa de Emdeko for its ocean front location along Alii Drive, proximity to downtown Kona and stunning beaches. Our complex has a serene and relaxing atmosphere and the ocean and mountain views aren't bad either!! It's the perfect location for a romantic get away or family vacation.
From our complex, you can view beautiful sunsets every evening, watch a pod of dolphins swim by in the morning and see manta rays and sea turtles feed at night. In other words, it's paradise!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our complex is located approximately one mile from downtown Kona. Downtown is full of charming shops and wonderful restaurants. Don't miss the Farmer's Market located in downtown, where you can find locally made arts, crafts and jewelry. There is also a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables.
We are only 1/4 mile north of another open air market place located along Alii Drive - Alii Gardens Marketplace. Here you'll find wonderful treasures such hand made crafts, Kona coffee, jewelry and and great shave ice.
Our complex has an on-site convenience store that is stocked with great wines, snacks and cheeses plus a full deli. We are also close to great beaches for sunning, snorkeling, body boarding and surfing. These beaches are all located within 2.5 miles of our complex. The complex features an open air pavilion area with spectacular views of the ocean. You can barbeque your favorite fish or just relax and take in beauty of the Kona coast.
A great spot for kids or the beginning snorkeler. Lots of colorful fish and sea turtles to see. Snorkeling gear and water play items are available for rent.
This public beach located at the King Kamehameha Hotel is great for little ones. There are no waves in these calm shallow waters and the slope is gradual. You can also rent a kayak or paddle board.
Downtown Kona is full of shops and restaraunts. It truly feels like "old Hawaii" and features a number of beautiful Banyan trees. The Scandanavian Shave Ice shop is a must on a hot Hawaiian afternoon
A great beach for surfing. Located near the Kona Bali Kai condo complex, beach access is marked near the south end of the complex.
Here you'll find a Wal-Mart, Safeway and Denny's Restaurant plus many more shops. K-Mart and Macy's are also located close by.

We purchased our condo at Casa de Emdeko in 2006. We love all the Hawaiian Islands but fell in love with the Big Island and wanted to make it our second home. We live in California and try to get to the Big Island as often as possible. Each trip we make, we find something new the island has to offer. Our children love spending time on the Big Island and now appreciate the beauty of sunsets and spending time together as an ohana whether it's sharing a meal lit by tiki torch or snorkeling in the nearby crystal clear waters.
