We enjoy walking to the beach, Funland, Rehoboth Avenue, restaurants and the local parks. We walk everyone when we are at the house and it is great to leave the car parked our entire vacation. We often have other families come stay with us as well.

We stayed here in July 2008. The house was clean, very nicely furnished, and close to the beach. We walked everywhere. We will stay again next year. Amenities nice, close to restaurants and Funland for the kids.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

My family and I had the pleasure of renting at the end of Sept. 2009. The house is a perfect location for walking to town and the beach, even for my 81 year old mother, and the neighborhood is quiet. Could actually hear the surf from the bedroom window. Internet access works well for those of us who cannot leave home without our computers. Will definitely rent again.

My wife, two children and 5 grandchildred stay at 303 Bayard in Rehoboth. The stay was very enjoyable with the house being so convenient to the beach, shopping,and dinning. We would diffinently rent agan from this owner.

I wanted to surprise my husband with a Valentine's Day Weekend in our favorite getaway town ~ Rehoboth. When John made me a deal for the entire house that I couldn't refuse, I decided to invite our friends. We were very pleased with the accomodations, the privacy of the house, and its close proximity to all things Rehoboth. We walked everywhere accept to the grocery store!

My family stayed here for days over Christmas. It was a perfect house and location for us - easy access to parks, beach and boardwalk. We had a great time and would go back again. The owner was very easy to deal with.

Nice, updated beach house - a perfect location close to the beach, good restaurants, shops, etc. The florida room on the front of the house is awesome, and the large kitchen has everything. Very professional owner, makes the rental process smooth as silk. Thanks!
