Having just returned from an amazing stay at this beautiful property. We were 2 small families together and this spacious villa has made us feel home. This villa is beautifully finished and thought out, everything we needed was available if not more. The master bedroom and ensuite bathroom were amazing and spacious. The pool is very private with a very good size compared to other villa we stayed in the past, the kids had so much fun there! The whole booking and communication process were very efficient. The owner has kindly provided a Christmas Tree and we managed to put it up which was an highlight of our holiday. Truly an amazing place to stay, will definitely recommend it to our family and friends. Thank you so much!

Charming villa in excellent location

The villa is located away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando but is near enough to the theme parks and local shops to be convenient. The gated community gives a feeling of safety and has some excellent facilities. The villa is very well equipped with lots of room. Furnishings and beds are comfortable. The pool is excellent although we didn't have much opportunity to use it during our stay. We encountered a couple of small issues that the management company addressed within a couple hours of us reporting them. We had an excellent holiday that was enhanced by the accommodation.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

I just wanted to say a big thank you from all the family. Your villa was superb with a great location and beautifully decorated (my mum wants to build an exact replica!!) It honestly didnt feel like 10 of us were under one roof, we had so much space. I would highly recommend your villa to any future guests. thank you again,

Your villa was fabulous! We really didn't want to leave! I have already passed your villa details onto a friend of my mums who is planning to go to Florida next year. We would also love to return at some point! A big bonus was the hot tub! Brilliant after a long day walking around the parks. I want one at home now! Haha. Thanks for letting us stay at sandpipers! We had a great time.

We were very, very impressed with the villa and pool. By far the best one I have stayed in on any holiday. The bedrooms were all excellent sizes and beautifully decorated. Everything was very clean and in excellent condition and anything we wanted was there.....we had a fantastic holiday and would all have loved to have stayed there for at least another week.

We loved the villa and the fact it was south west facing meant we had the sun till early evening. I think you have pitched it just right as the look and feel when you enter is terrific. Hopefully we will return at some point in the future.

We had a great time in Florida, and the house was just what we were looking for. We would definitely stay at Sandpipers again the next time we’re down south. Everything was very clean and ready for us, which we appreciated.

We returned from Orlando last weekend and I wanted to let you know what a great time we had at Sandpipers. Everything was great, the pool, spa, lanai, all fab.The community was very quiet, as you say, it has a lot of residential property so made for a very peaceful setting. Thanksgiving occurred whilst we were there, so we did get to see some of the more eccentric residents ideas of decorating the outside of their houses, I imagine it gets more elaborate in December! The outlook of the villa was just right, plenty of wildlife and very private. I loved your large TV, thankfully for you our suitcases were full from our shopping expeditions and I couldn’t fit it in my case asell…although I suspect my wife would have questioned the weight of my bag.We had such a wonderful time and we will definitely be coming back. My brother and his family are considering Florida next year, so I have passed on all the details of Sandpipers and told them all about it, so hopefully he will book something up with you for next year also. I will have to make sure he doesn’t want the same time as us, as there may be a family feud. Thank you again for letting us rent your lovely house. RegardsPaul Dobson

We flew back yesterday and we had a great time. The house was beautiful and the kids were like fish in the pool everyday. The ride to everything was a breeze. Extremely convenient !! Iain/Amanda I just wanted to send a quick email to you both to let you know that my family had a wonderful time at your villa. The size, decor and position of the villa was wonderful and exactly fitted the bill for our holiday. The pool area was a definite plus and the kids had a brilliant time playing there. My family had a wonderful time at Sandpipers from the moment we arrived. All your directions and instructions were spot on and the villa more than lived up to the description found on the web site. The villa was airy and spacious and more than enough room for all who were staying. We have never stayed in that particular area before and found it very nice and handy to all the attractions. The Super Walmart down the road was extremely handy should you need provisions and I can honestly say that we did not want to return home. The biggest hit for the kids was the pool area which was very private and well furnished for relaxing. The pool was excellent and was in the sun most of the day. We left some kids games and flotation devices for the pool and I'm sure your guests will find them useful. I am confident you will be hearing from us again as we are already planning our next trip out there. I would love to own a home in Florida myself but your villa really was a home from home for us all. Best wishes. Jonathan Robinson
