    This condo made our vacation absolutely wonderful! The furnishings were not only beautiful, clean, and fresh; but they were very comfortable. It had everything right there that we needed. The view from the spacious balcony was breath-taking. The owner was terrific to work with. He answered all my questions with quick responses. We could never find a more relaxing place to stay. Thank you for allowing us to visit your home away from home! We hope to visit again soon.

    We are on our way home from a lovely vacation at calypso towers. The condo was as shown on website. It was clean and in good repair. There were games, toys and books available. The kitchen had pretty much any utensil anyone would need. The view was amazing! We had a large group but everyone was accommodated. . My young granddaughters stayed in the room with bunk beds and when not on the beach spent their time in that room making up great games.The older teen boys could walk to Pier Park on their own as it was so close. Another important positive point was the owner, Lee. He was easily contacted and prompt to respond to my many questions prior to arriving, and one while there. Clearly,Lee keeps his guests comfort in mind . We had a great time and you will too! Thanks Lee

    This unit was really nice. It is great for a large family or multi-family. We were a party of 8 and had enough bed space for all. Our only suggestion would be a wireless router (if stolen, they could charge the customer as with arm bands). In today's society, connectivity is a must. He did have an Ethernet cord however, we had several wireless devices that needed connection. Also, in consideration of the elderly who may not have a cell phone, access to a phone in the room should be considered for emergency purposes. Safety should always be the key. Since we were a large party, the addition of towels would be nice. We purchased additional towels so we didn't have to wash them daily. Overall, the property was great and the stay was wonderful. Easy check-in and check-out procedures. PS...pizza cutter! :)

    This was our third visit to this condo, We were so impressed that nothing had changed since our fist visit in 2009, as a matter of fact we all noted that the condo was even better then what we remembered it to be in 2010. It is clean, well stocked with anything and everything you could want or need. The linens and beds are perfect. THE VIEW is amazing !! Lee has thought of everything, he is a great person to rent from. We will continue to return to this unit in the many years to come!! I was shocked to read some of the other reviews, as I was just there a few weeks ago and as I mentioned this place is perfect in every way!! As for the wristbands... it is in the contract, we make sure and leave them on the wet bar and have ALWAYS had our deposit returned in full! THANKS LEE!!

    We stayed at this unit in April 2012. The unit was inadequate in that the linens/towels are dingy and stained and need to be replaced. We actually purchased sheets for one of the beds. The washer and dryer are dirty as well. The 3rd bedroom bunk bed was also extremely uncomfortable. Lastly, $100 of our deposit was retained for replacement of wristbands which were not provided in our unit at the begnninng of our stay. I would definately recommend the Calypso, but I would not book through vacation rentals by owner nor would I recommend this unit.

    Owner response: Sadly, this posting us nothing more than a disgruntled renter who took/lost 4 arm bands from the unit during her stay therefore I charged her deposit $25.00 per arm band as stipulated in the rental agreement and welcome letter. Unfortunatly, I cannot control the posting on this site but I do feel it is necessary to reply with the facts. Being that the arm bands totaled $100.00 ($25.00 each), I also refunded the remainder of the deposit ($200.00) to the renter. As the owner of this unit, I go over and above to make sure all renters have a great experience while on vacation at Calypso Resort Towers 1902. Respectfully, Owner--Lee Shoemake

    This condo for the money was not well equipped at all. There were very few towels for a 3-BR and we were washing towels daily. The kitchen was not well supplied with cookware and what they did have was not good. The carpet in this condo was extremely stained, dirty and needs to be replaced. Elevators in this tower were extremely slow. The pools were extremely nice and the location is awesome! The helicopter ride was awesome and would recommend that to everyone!

    This is a wonderful condo! This was our second year staying at Calypso 1902. The entire resort is amazing, you really do not even need your car while you are there, There are plenty of places that you can walk to, and do, Pier Park is fantastic. The Pier itself is now open for a beautiful walk, we watched the Dolphins every single day from the Living Room of the condo, simply breathtaking views!!! We were never disappointed, even the one day we had rain, a short drive to the outlet mall in Destin for the day was a great time for the entire family. The condo is spotless, perfect and wonderful. This was the first year I used the fitness center, it is wonderful as well. Thanks Lee for another great week!! We will be back again soon !

    WE HAVE FOUND IT!!!! After years of going to the beach, we finally found a home. This was the best place for our family and friends to stay! The view is breath-taking and the unit is furnished with only the nicest furnishings. We saved money by using all the beach chairs and floats Lee provides. The walk to the Peir and Peir Park is also convenient. Can't wait till next year!!!!!

    Fabulous unit! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The unit is beautifully decorated and the view is gorgeous. We loved having balcony access from the living room and the master bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped - had everything we needed. The bathrooms were large and very nicely decorated. The unit came with plenty of beach chairs and beach toys. Lee is great to work with and we really look forward to staying in this unit during our next trip to PCB.

    Awesome condo! Everything that we needed was provided for us. Loved the balcony overlooking the ocean, and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets every night. I have rented several VRBO condos throughout USA and Mexico, and this was one of my favorites. Great location within walking distance to the Pier Park. Lee is fantastic to work with, and he emailed and also called me very promptly. We are already looking forward to our next vacation in PCB- and Calypso Condos. Thank you Lee for sharing your "piece of paradise" with us. The girls graduated high school and are now ready to take on Purdue and ISU.

    We had a FANTASTIC TIME at Unit 1902 E at Calypso in PCB. The unit was beautiful,the beds were so wonderful, better then home ! It was furnished with everything we needed and more ! Plenty of chairs and toys for the beach, awesome tv's and a place to make memories of a life time ! Lee is very professional and great to work with ! We can not wait to return ! Until next time.....

    My family and I truly enjoyed this condo unit in April '09. We were satisfied when we first walked in and up to when we left. We liked the Calypso building, pool, and also the location near Pier Park, where we spent most evenings. Lee was very friendly and prompt with responding to calls and e-mails.
