Adagio is an exclusive, family-oriented community on the gulf-side of Scenic Hwy 30-A, located approximately 7 miles east of Sandestin and 4 miles west of Seaside. This gulf-front development is a private and gated complex, providing a secure environment with two pools, a fitness center and direct access to the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf, with no roads to cross. Adagio's main pool features 8000 sq.ft. and 3 tiers decorated with a fountain and 2 waterfalls. A fitness center and large outdoor whirlpool overlook the main pool. A second pool features 1700 sq.ft. pool (heated when necessary) with an infinity edge that overlooks the blue green waters of the Gulf.
This beautiful 3 bedroom/3 bath unit is on the third (top) floor, with approximately 1,800 square feet of space. The living room features a 50-inch plasma television, perfect for movies in the evenings when you want to relax, and all bedrooms have a television. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds (4 twin beds in total), perfect for kids. Also, if needed, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. All the bedrooms have an attached full bathroom, with the Master bathroom featuring a garden whirlpool tub and stand-up, dual-head shower. The gourmet kitchen has professional grade stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, and a built-in wine refrigerator. Luxurious features abound with 17" travertine tile floors, ten-foot ceilings, crown molding and granite countertops.
The large balcony overlooks the main pool, and this is one of the few pool-side units at Adagio with a Gulf view through the buildings! Key-pad entry to the unit, eliminating the need for keys, and an assigned code is unique for each guests' stay. Luggage and grocery carts are available near the elevators for guest use, and there is a brand-new Publix grocery within a few miles. There is an on-site rental office for any needs or questions that may arise. Come enjoy "Adagio" (meaning "a slow and leisurely pace")!

Why the Owner Chose Adagio
Adagio is a family-oriented community along Scenic Hwy 30-A. It is a great location, only 7 miles east of Sandestin and 4 miles west of Seaside. The gulf front development is a private and gated complex, providing a secure environment with two pools, a fitness center, a large whirlpool and direct access to the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf. The key-pad entry to the units, with a unique code for each guest stay, is very convenient and eliminates the need to keep up with any keys. The property offers luxury and coziness all in one!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Enjoy the new, 50-inch plasma TV installed in the living room in Sept 2009. The kid room also has a new, 26-inch plasma TV to pop a movie in for the kids while they fall asleep in their bunks. The owner closet has some "nice to have" items for guest use including some pool/beach toys for the kids, beach chairs, pool cart, games, pack-n-play (just bring your own sheet), etc. This helps cut down on packing for guests, and we just ask that you return them to the closet after each use. Growing up in Kentucky and now living in Tennessee, the Florida panhandle has always been a prime vacation destination for our family travels. After many family vacations to the Destin area, we had our sights set on a property on Scenic Hwy 30-A to take advantage of the more quiet, laid-back, family-friendly attractions the area has to offer. Once we discovered Adagio, we knew we had found our "home away from home". The gated, gulf-front community has a luxurious feel, and is very family-friendly. Our kids love the large, 3-tier pool with a water fountain, and the white sandy beach is beautiful and only steps away, with no roads to cross. The walking/jogging/biking trails that line Scenic Hwy 30-A are a great place for a family stroll or to get in some great exercise. Only 4 miles from Seaside, there are daily/evening attractions, fun for the entire family. "Adagio" is Italian for "a slow and leisurely pace". Once you discover "Adagio", we hope it can become your family's "home away from home" too!
