The guestroom is large and tastefully decorated with a touch of Japanese art, adjacent to the architect designed custom built main house. Separate entrance will ensure your privacy.
Natural lava cave in the garden with Kala lily and varieties of birds including pheasants visiting our garden every day. Hawaiian Telcom internet access in the room. English and Japanese are spoken in the main house.

Perfect sanctuary for dreamers, doers of nothing, artists, writers, musicians and poets.

  • What a great place. It's quiet and very relaxing. We were a little apprehensive as we usually hotel it, but the suite was very private with it's own kitchen, lanai and fabulous views. Excellent hosts in an extremely comfortable setting. Would highly reccomend this upcountry retreat away from the busy tourist towns.

  • We had a wonderful stay at Heavenly Kula in 6/07! Masako is a very thoughtful hostess, and the room has everything you need and more. Full kitchen, beautiful bath, and the ocean views are magnficient! We enjoyed wine and appetizers and a beautiful Maui sunset our first evening with Masako and the cats--delightful conversation, and learned a lot about living in Maui. Thank you again, Masako, for all your hospitality--we will be back!

  • We were only able to spend one ninght but had the best time amongst the other 10 nights in Hawaii! Beautiful view and great interior and great house (and garden)! Am looking forward to visiting again. Next time for a longer period. The hosts are also very kind and very sweet!
