Cathedral ceilings, a mix of modern and antique furniture, a slate entry area and a solid timber staircase give the home its unique and distinctive character. The open plan living area and kitchen flow onto a covered deck with lovely views of Mt Cootha, the University of Queensland and river glimpses.

With a city bus stop almost on your doorstop, a short walk to two railway stations and more bus services, you will be spoiled for transport choices and won't need a car to explore the sites of Brisbane.

This unique property is ideal accommodation for families wanting to enjoy the comforts of a house with the convenience of an apartment.

We require that you leave the kitchen as you found it, with dishes washed and put away. If not left clean and tidy we will charge a $30 cleaning fee. Any breakages, losses or damages must be paid for.
We hope you enjoy all the comforts provided and treat it as your home away from home.
Dogs will be accepted only by prior arrangements, and with conditions, and will require an extra charge of $10 per night to allow for extra cleaning. Dogs would not be allowed in bedrooms or left home alone. You would be asked to accept responsibility for any damage to furniture or property by your pet.
We emphasise that this property is a quiet home and not a party house. Guests other than those staying overnight may only be allowed by prior arrangement. This is to avoid any undue disruption to the neighbourhood. If this is abused you may be charged a fee.
