LOCATION! LOCATION is crucial with Disney World traffic. Anything over 5 miles is too far from the parks! If there taxes are 11% or 12% they are not in a prime area! Our taxes are 13% for a reason LOCATION! Beautiful contemporary two-story home done in pastel and bright colors. To go along with the Florida Sunshine. This home will give the privacy needed when traveling with friends. We just extended pool cage for more sunbathing and SPA. Added for the little princesses Snow White, Ariel, and Cinderella dresses. While your Princess is at our lovely home they can have dress up in there favorite dress.
Master bedroom located on the main floor. King size bed for comfort. Master has walk-in closet and another closet for him or her. Master overlooks private swimming pool. Master bath has walk-in shower, garden tub and two sinks, hair dryer and other amenities to start vacation with ease.
This home boasts two living rooms, dining room, open kitchen to enjoy family room. Utility room with washer and dryer (inside not in garage). Home is a four bedroom, two and a half bathrooms, loft with seating to enjoy afternoon tea and game room.
Each room is tastefully decorated from whimsical to classical French. Home now has a Princess room with mosquito nets, Princess television and art work. Naturally, we did not forget our Mickey Mouse fans. We have a room with Sponge Bob & Mickey Mouse television and many cartoon characters on the walls.
Home has a game room with pool table and air hockey, electronic dart board, and two adult bikes with helmets. This room will keep the competition going between young and old for hours. We have thought of some things you do not want to do without on your vacations. Home has WI-FI INTERNET, FREE long distance anywhere in the USA, Puerto Rico, and Bahamas. Home has Brinks Alarm System and separate alarms for private pool. Pool fenced for complete privacy. For our little ones we have a play pak, stroller, highchair, booster chair and crib. These items are at no extra cost to you. All bedrooms have televisions with cable. Imagine how a private home can make this a vacation of a lifetime! Do not need to wait in line for use of washer and dryer (plus pay extra), will not need to park a long distance, crowded pool, wait in long lines to eat (pay a high price to boot), crying babies while trying to sunbathe and read a good book, put babies to bed and still enjoy a night swim and most of all keep a close eye on your children.
This is the only way to vacation. You will never be able to stay in a hotel again! Choosing a home is important but location is more important. Disney World traffic is very congested. Let us map using mostly, back roads and keep you from wasting precious time on your vacation. Staying over 4 miles is to far from the parks, traffic will become an issue. My husband and I love traveling to sunny Florida. We bought a vacation home in the Disney World area for one reason fun! There is so much to do in the Kissimmee area. We love for our children to have a variety of things to do on holiday. Both my husband, and I work hard, so we play hard! This is what our vacation homes allow us to do, plus r&r when we need it. This picture of our precious baby, says it all! Isn't it true that a picture says a thousand words?? We would love your family to have these memories in our lovely home. We love Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, cruising from Port Canaveral only 40 minutes from our homes, Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach 45 minutes, dinner theaters, boating, fishing, jet skiing, golfing, Casino boats from Cocoa Beach, Bush Garden 50 miles, parasailing, shopping, helicopter rides, air boats through the Everglades, Gatorland, sun, sun, and more sun!

Staying in private home gives everyone a vacation. We love having a private home, don't need to share with thousands of people! We all have our own TV's, bedrooms, private pool, gameroom, wi-fi, washer, dryer (waiting in lines for my clothes, and paying for them yech!), wanting a drink is a no, no, at public pools, reading a book well forget about it with all the noise. Plus, I don't want to sleep in the same room with my children. Let's not forget adults are on vacation too! Plus when your children need a nap, put them in there Princess or Mickey Mouse room. Then mom & dad can lay by the pool and know there children are safe. Could never do this in a condo. We have thought of everything that will make for a fun vacation for all. We have private pool, game room, Princess & Mickey Mouse room, DVD, library, Playstation 2 with games, SPA, WI-FI, three adult bikes, and most of all location. When choosing a vacation home anything over 5 miles will take precious time from vacation in traffic. Our home is less then 3 miles from Disney World. We will give directions to the parks to stay off of 192 and avoid traffic. Plus we take pride in making sure our clients have a great vacation!
