Upon arrival the unit was extremely dirty - floors, counter tops, appliances and area rugs included! Condo needs a good deep cleaning all around. Ceiling fans have never been cleaned in every room and could not be used- mattresses heavily soiled in all rooms and needed to flip them - no covers available - This can be a beautiful condo if all is fixed! Balcony was a major plus and very nice to sit out on and get the ocean breeze. No other plus sorry :(
Owner response:Dear Prospective Renter, Please rest assured that this unit is in immaculate condition. The unit is only six years old and the carpets are less than one year old. We have the residence scrubbed top to bottom twice per year. It is also cleaned thoroughly after each renter departs by one of the best professional cleaning services in Ocean City.
