This home has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Large flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo. There is a large deck overlooking the water with enough area to cook and eat,or just relax on the outdoor furniture. There is a large beach area with your own private dock, pic-nic area, and fire pit.

This property is very close to Silverwood Theme Park, and local area ski resorts. There are tons of local Golf Courses to enjoy also!

Week of Ironman 2011 $1800 due upon booking
Deposit:$500.00 due upon booking. $350 of deposit is refundable as long as there
are no damages/excessive filth. Pets require $150 per pet non-refundable deposit.
Monthly long term winter rental from Oct 1, 2010 through May 31, 2011
$1000 a month/$1000 deposit.In addition to rate change. Although property is
furnished renters pay the following utilities: Power,gas,electric,cable/satellite
phone and internet.
