Casa de la Playa is a newly constructed, fully air conditioned, spacious, 2 story single home located in a private gated community. This peaceful and tranquil house is nestled on the 200 meter maritime zone with a private pathway to the secluded, serene beach of Playa Pelada. Nosara is a hidden treasure where the breath-taking beaches and wild jungle collide to form the perfect paradise.
The house includes two master suites each with its own private, spacious walk-in showers and facilities. Each room has a queen size bed; one incorporates two single futons for house to sleep six. Each suite has a walk out terrace to enjoy the natural pristine setting. The house is beautifully decorated with Costa Rican pottery, fabrics, and artwork. Beautifully tiled rooms with ceiling fans throughout provide a cool retreat. The fully equipped kitchen and open floor plan on the first floor provides plenty of room for dining or just relaxing in the handmade Costa Rican furniture.
Outdoor enthusiasts will be thrilled at the location of this house. Playa Pelada beach, famous for it's surf, sand, sun and spectacular sunsets but lack of crowds, is ideal for all types of water sports, and it's literally a 30 second walk down the path from the house. Guiones Beach, known for world-class surfing (lefts and rights on a sand bottom) is only a short walk down the beach. But there are also some drier ways to scratch that exercise itch; hiking to waterfalls, caves and caverns, horseback riding, ATV riding, zip-lining, or beauty treatments, massage and yoga at the renown Yoga Institute, for example. Add a walk to the Lagarta Lodge for a beautiful sunset dinner or a tour through their Biological Reserve. Also within walking distance is one of the finest restaurants on the beach, “La Luna” with a menu which changes daily and the freshest fish you've ever eaten. After lunch head back to the complex for a refreshing dip in the shared luxury pool, equipped with jacuzzi and pavilion. The pool and jacuzzi are located off your back patio just a 10 second walk from your lanai. Which ever way you walk; to the pool, the beach, the nature reserve or the restaurants---enjoy the monkeys, iguanas, and tropical birds along the way. Of course, if you decide to just totally relax and do nothing, that's okay too - enjoy...Pura Vida!! |
