2 of the bedrooms each have 2 twin beds each (ez to make into King). Master - King Bed. Queen sofa sleeper in the Living room. Sorry - No Pets, No Smoking.
Complex amenities include private beach with pier, outdoor pool and tennis courts.
Convenient to Tahoe City (2 miles). North end of lake. Casinos are 10 minutes. Reno is 45 minutes. Fly into Reno Airport (RNO) or San Francisco (SFO) or Sacramento (SAC). Squaw Valley, Alpine, Homewood, Northstar, Ski Incline/Diamond Peak Ski Resorts are within 10-20 minutes. Heavenly Valley and Kirkwood about one hour away.

A great place to come back to after a full day of skiing! Close proximity to restaurants, stores and skiing. Perfect for a family getaway or a group of friends getting away for the weekend. This is our second year staying here and will definitely book for next season. The owner has always been very accommodating and helpful. We had a great time at this townhouse. The listing was very accurate. Compared to other listings this was very affordable. The property was very clean and comfortable for our family. Plenty of space for all of us (5). My 2 daughters shared one room and my son had the other downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and anything else you may need. We ended up eating all our meals "in". The townhouse is easy to get to and very centrally located to Tahoe City and the Lake. Close to shopping and the grocery store. I would highly recommend this townhouse for a week or weekend.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family and a couple guests went skiing and found this tasteful little condo delightful. The small kitchen was well-equipped and appliances worked well, the beds and bedding were very comfortable and it was easy to access and load/unload compared to some hillside locations we've rented. The thermostat-gas insert made having a fire easy. We will definitely rent here again, as the location was so central we could ski all of the North Lake ski areas. We cooked our dinners, breakfasts, etc. but the location is very close to Tahoe City with grocery stores and restaurants if you want to eat out. There's no covered parking, but the complex keeps clears the roads and parking spots of snow.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

I am a repeat renter of the condo in question for more than several years. The property has always been clean and well-maintained. The facilities, i.e. bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen are ideal for our group of 4 seniors which more than meet our requirements. Further, one has the option of dining in or out since there are several fine restaurants within a 15 minute drive. Supplies provided in the kitchen are more than adequate for basic in-house dining. We especially enjoy the location of the property being close to many fine ski areas within a short driving distance. I would not hesitate recommending the property to a relative, family or group wishing to enjoy what Lake Tahoe has to offer or to skiers who wish to ski at many of the wonderful areas.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The location of the condo was great. View of the lake. Furnishings are dated, but efficient. Lots of TVS. Easy to get to different mountains to ski. Close to groceries and restaurants (though we ate in every night). Condo is stocked well with cooking essentials. Plenty of room for our family of 5 (all adults), will sleep 6. Information was great on how to use everything in the condo and facilities. Owner was very nice and helpful. Easy from Reno/Tahoe Airport (1 hour). We would stay here again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

What I found amazing about Lyle's place is that everything went so smoothly. It is easily accesible, parking is no problem, the lockbox works, the extra keys are all there and when you need something in the kithcen and instinctively open a drawer, it happens to be right there. This condo was clean, easy to access and a perfect place to be snowed-in. We spent out days looking out the window watching the snow fall in front of the fire. We even built a snowman on the balcony. The price is was perfect and the location was great!! Would love to come back in the summertime and go hiking.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We enjoyed our stay at the townhouse. It was exactly as described and very comfortable. Having the wireless was a nice bonus so we could look up things to do locally. The view of the lake was gorgeous. I have been renting this house for ski vacation last 3 years. It's well maintained and clean. My adult children and friends always enjoy staying at this house that's close to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and Homewood. Lake Tahoe views are great from master bedroom and living room and deck. Why the Owner Chose Tahoe City:
After years of renting places for our summer vacations, we couldn't beleive our good fortune when we were able to accomplish our dream of having our own place at Tahoe. Face it - who doesn't love Tahoe? We knew we would keep it forever, passing it on to future generations. When we decide to open up the place as a vaction rental, we wanted to make guests would have a positive experience. We certainly had our share of 'surprises' back when we were renting places so we strive to make our place feel like your place. The location is very desireable. It is a small copmplex- 52 total units - spread out over a large area. You can wander off into the woods and lose yourself in the serenity. You can walk or bike into town (Tahoe City 2.5 miles). The tennis courts are rarely full and there is a beautiful pool with comfortable chairs/lounges, tables and even real rest rooms! The beach is well maintained and staffed with helpful people. No need to bring an umbrella or chair, they have them at your disposal. You can launch your boat nearby (Coast Guard Station - Lake Forest) for day use or rent one in town. In the winter you have your choice of many world class ski areas nearby (10-15 miles). Want some night life? Just 45 minutes to Reno. 20 minutes to Truckee or Incline Village. South Lake Tahoe is about an hour away. We are proud to share our lovely vacation home with you and promise to do our best to make sure your first visit isn't your last.
