This beautiful place was originally a small dairy farm and I have personally performed all the renovations to include all the comforts of modern living while maintaining its original 1800's charm. It boasts original wide plank flooring, hand-hewn beams, vaulted ceilings and old world craftsmanship.
There are 52 magnificent acres to hike on, dozens of fruit trees that attract abundant wildlife, a fresh water spring fed pond on the property that can be viewed from the house and outside deck and many picturesque views of the Catskill Mountains from various locations from within the house and property.

We had a wonderful time staying in this cozy hideaway. Thank you so much for sharing with us. We had been needing some time away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and this weekend at your home was the perfect getaway! This place embraces relaxation, quietness and peace. The house is gorgeous, rustic, convenient (just a few miles from the Thruway) and so clean and equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I loved the rustic feel and lovely old fashioned decorations around the house. Every window had a lovely view of the amazing property and surrounding views. Sadie (our beagle) also thanks you for letting her stay and sniff everything outside. We hope to be back soon.
