Option One: Three Bedroom, Two and half Bath Home
Top level features two bedrooms and one bath. Master bedroom has king bed and a twin, the second bedroom features a king bed convertable to extra long twins.

The mid level with its beautiful wood floors throughout, serves as a great gathering area with fully equipped, modern kitchen, spacious living room with cable tv,vcr,dvd, and desk with hi speed internet. The adjacent dining area opens to a large deck complete with barbecue. A great place to gather with friends to enjoy the sunset.

The lower level is one large studio accessed by a circular staircase or separate entrance, with private patio and back yard with hammock in aspen grove. Has the option of two long twins or one king bed, private bath, full size futon, dining area and kitchenette.

The lower level is a beautiful, private, one room suite with king bed convertible to extra long twins. Perfect for a couple or two singles. Futon in living area can provide extra bed when needed. Kitchenette has everything you need to dine comfortably. Barbecue, patio and large yard are great for entertaining.
