Spacious, comfortable beach cottage

After touring many rental properties 10 years ago, we stumbled upon this wonderful cottage and have stayed there every summer since! Our stays have varied from 2 to 4 weeks at a time so we tend to think of this cottage as "ours"!! The street is quiet and friendly, the beach is beautiful and the feeder road will take you all the way to 43rd Street if you choose not to venture on Altantic. The house has two living areas if the kids or adults want to split up, the garage has plenty of room for extra bikes and beach stuff, rooms are roomy and comfortable, outdoor shower is great, kitchen is well equipped. We absolutely love the house, we have 3 children, the youngest was a year old the first summer we were there! The property has a regular house cleaning person, yard and hot tob service- we got to know them too!! Never any problems, always clean, no need to go anywhere else!!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.
