Our villa apartments are surrounded by a garden rich in trees, flowers that bloom year round, and a wide beautiful view of the sea, of Mt. Etna volcano and of the Gulf of Naxos, really giving them a feeling of openness.
We have five apartments for two to seven people, each fully furnished, with an independent entrance, central heating, air conditioning, kitchen, large living room, bedrooms with attached bathroom, terrace with flowers or garden. Each apartment is provided with safe, telephone, Wi-fi, and satellite TV.
The Villa is located on a small hill, in a quiet surrounding, very close to the centre of Taormina, at a walking distance to the main street Corso Umberto (pedestrian area) and two minutes from the shopping center.
Apartment type “A” for 2 persons has a size of 41 sq.m. and a terrace of 35 sq.m. It consists of: 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, a living room, a small kitchen and a big terrace. It is provided with satellite TV, safe, telephone, wi-fi, air condition, heating, ironing equipment and coffee maker.
Apartment type “B” for 3 persons has a size of 74 sq.m. and a garden-terrace of 70 sq.m.. It consists of: 1 double and 1 single bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen and a terrace with garden. It is provided with washing machine, satellite TV, safe, telephone, wi-fi, air condition, heating, ironing equipment, coffee maker and toaster. In the living room is possible to add one extra bed.
Apartment type “D” for 4 persons has a size of 96 sq.m. and a terrace of 20 sq.m. It consists of: 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and terrace. It is provided with washing machine, satellite TV, safe, telephone, wi-fi, air condition, heating, ironing equipment, coffee maker and toaster.
In the living room is possible to add one extra bed.
Apartment type “E” for 4 persons has a size of 93 sq.m. and a balcony of 11 sq.m. It consists of: 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and a big balcony. It is provided with washing machine, satellite TV, safe, telephone, wi-fi, air condition, heating, ironing equipment, coffee maker and toaster. In the living room is possible to add one extra bed.
Apartment type “C” for 6 persons has a size of 163 sq.m. and a terrace of 38 sq.m. It consists of: 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big living room, kitchen and a terrace and is provided with washing machine, dishwasher, satellite TV, safe, telephone, wi-fi, air condition, heating, ironing equipment, coffee maker and toaster. In this apartment is possible to add 2 extra beds.

My family and I recently stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment at Residence Schuler. It was all that we hoped and more. The best feature was the large decks overlooking the sea and Mt. Etna. We even saw Etna errupt one evening. One of the bedroom has its own deck and sitting space. The other large bedroom has its own bath. The listing was accurate, clean and well maintained and Claudio was very helpful whenever we had a question. He also helped my daughter get her lost bag from Al Italia. It was very close to the town center but be prepared to walk up and down hills. The entire town is on a hill of course. Our favorite restaurant was just at the bottom of the stairs where we sat outside under the orange trees. The only recommendations we had are that the kitchen could use a microwave (there is plenty of room) and a hairdryer would also be helpful. I highly recommend this property. Thanks Claudio.

I stayed at Residence Schuler in Apt. B for three months from January-March 2011. I could not have been more pleased with my choice. The building is perfectly situated, with beautiful views of the sea and Mt. Etna from the terraces. Breathtaking! The apartment was lovely and comfortable - a well appointed kitchen, modern bathroom and washer. The location is ideal: a 5 minute walk to the main street - the Corso Umberto - but far enough away that you don't hear the noise. The largest grocery store in Taormina is also 5 minutes away. There is a set of stairs just past the residence that leads you directly down to the grocery store, so you don't have to walk down the narrow street. In addition to all these pluses, the on-site management is fantastic. Claudio is very attentive and very helpful. He's there anytime you need him to answer questions or help out in any way. All in all, Residence Schuler was a wonderful choice for a vacation home and I highly recommend it.

The apartment was wonderful, spacious and clean, with everything you need to set up housekeeping. The terrace was large and offered a fabulous view of the sea and Mt. Etna. We were about 1 block away from the Corso Vittorio Emmanuel, the main shopping street of Taormina. Claudio was very helpful, even coming to find us on his motorcycle when we got lost trying to follow directions to the apartment (Park the car! You do NOT want to drive in Taormina!) There is a small supermarket just 1 block away, which made setting up housekeeping very easy, and good restaurants abound. Enjoy!

Absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend this property. The owner was great and was even able to arrange for a driver to take us to see relatives in Sicily. The location was fantastic, the accommodations were very clean and comfortable. There is nothing that I would change. I can hardly wait to come back!
