Come stay at the best ocean front villa on 'Seabrook Island'! You are literally 100 steps away from the beach in this recently renovated first floor unit (13105) with the boardwalk to the beach connecting to the covered back porch. This unit comfortably sleeps four adults or two adults with two to three children.
The updated kitchen has sleek black appliances including a smooth top stove with full-size microwave-hood combo, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher and ceramic tile. The living room has an eat-in kitchen area where you can enjoy ocean views while you eat. The laundry room has full-size stacked washer and dryer.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed/dresser/nightstand set. We also have a 27 inch TV/VCR in the bedroom with cable. Internet also available. A full sized bathroom in master bedroom. Another full sized bathroom in hallway.

There are so many amazing things to do at Seabrook. Walk on beach, shell-hunting, biking, canoeing, horseback-riding. Local restaurants are many and delicious. Shopping is wonderful at the center at the entrance gate to Seabrook Island.

Lived up to all expectations. Easy walk to the beach. Villa has all the things needed for an enjoyable vacation stay. Good local golf in the area. Beachcombers helped. Amenity Card not needed if you're getting it for dining as there a great group of local restaurants and you are restaurant explorer.
Recommended for:Pet owners, age 55+.
