This spacious two bedroom, two bath unit has premium upgraded appliances, tiled flooring in kitchen, laundry room, bathrooms, entrance way, and carpet throughout.
The exquisitely decorated master bedroom has a king-size bed, triple dresser, chest-on-chest dresser, plush reading chair, two night stands, TV, walk-in closet, and sliding glass door to patio. Large master bath is equipped with double sinks in marble vanity, jetted whirlpool tub with separate tiled shower.
The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, night stands, desk and chair, chest- on-chest dresser, walk in closet and adjoining bathroom.
The gourmet kitchen comes fully equipped with microwave, glass cook top stove, side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, disposal, breakfast bar, small appliances (toaster, iron, blender, coffee maker, hand mixer, etc.) and all utensils, dishes, pots and pans to makes this kitchen complete.
The living room has a sofa, loveseat, entertainment center adjoined with table and chairs that seats four to six. A breakfast bar joins the kitchen with cushioned, swivel bar stools.
This unit is privately owned, decorated and furnished with outstanding quality. Only responsible, mature renters are accepted and asked to follow the NO PETS, NO SMOKING policies.
