The living room has a new queen-size sofa sleeper, new ceramic tile floors & armoire with 27" TV w/DVD/CD player, CD & book library. Free WiFi (wireless internet connection) is now available in unit. A dining table and chairs provide for a romantic dinner or family game time. The newly rennovated kitchen is equipped with all major appliances, including a dishwasher. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and TV. There are two built-in bunks with a ladder & rails for kids in the hall with a separate door for privacy. The balcony is furnished with Brazilian hardwood rail-height chairs & table. Sip cocktails in style while you take in the Gulf breezes! This condo is an end unit, which means it is cheerfully bright and offers ocean views from the living room, kitchen, and bedroom. Views, views, views everywhere!

This resort offers 7 pools (1 heated indoor), 6 hot tubs, saunas, steam room, eight tennis courts, putting green, Nationally ranked Kiva Dunes Golf Course on site, volleyball courts, fitness center, game room, shuffleboard, basketball courts, charcoal grills, gift shop, basic grocery store & deli, restaurant, & internet access on site.   • We had a great time! The condo was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. It was very family friendly and in the perfect location. There was a beautiful view of the beach/ocean from the patio. The weather was perfect and the water was still warm. This was one of the most beautiful beaches we've visited and it wasn't very busy this time of year, so it was like having our own private beach. We even saw dolphins swim by as we sat on the beach! The condo was in the perfect location with the beach a few feet away. Pools and hot tubs were great too. We didn't want to leave!

  • We had a great stay. The condo was very nice and a great size for 2 adults and 3 kids(much better than a hotel!!) LOVED that it is an end unit and very easy to access parking lot, pool and beach. This time of year is definitely the time to go- it was still beautiful weather and not crowded at all. We hope to come back!

  • We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The condo is situated in a prime spot within this complex so you get really nice views of the Gulf and sunset. The furnishings are new and tasteful and the bed was very comfy. There's only 1 short flight of stairs up to this unit and it's very convenient from the parking area when you're lugging suitcases. Amanda answered all my many emails quickly and courteously. Highly recommended and I'm looking forward to our next visit!
