This Venice Beach Cottage is a magical place to be. It sits 100 yards to the beach.
The cottage has been in the same family for over 60 years. Its has just gone through an extensive remodel. All new kitchen and appliances, new bathrooms, and wonderful new décor and furnishings.
The cottage is 100 yards to the best beach in Southern California, on a quiet Walk Street. No cars drive on these Beach Walk Streets, so it makes for a very quiet and safe place. You can even hear the ocean at night.
You can take just a 1 minute walk to great restaurants, cafes, markets, and shops. Take a 5 minute bike ride to trendy Abbot Kinney Boulevard for more shopping, restaurants, and bars. Walk and explore the historic canals.
The cottage has beautiful hardwood floors, fireplace and a nice kitchen that has high end appliances. We have a barbeque with a nice gazebo in the garden for those warm evening beach dinners. Each of the bedrooms has a queen bed, we have queen queen sofa bed in the living room. In addition to the queen bed in the 3rd bedroom, there is also a twin sofa bed. The 3rd bedroom has its own seperate entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette with refrigerator.
Beach chairs, umbrellas, body boards, sand castle tools, and beach towels provided.
Bicycles can be made available for $35.00 per week
