An elegant Oceanview duplex consisting of a 2bed/2bath upstairs and a 3bed/3bath downstairs villa , with views of the Caribbean's crystal-clear waters offering superb snorkeling and diving in reef protected waters from your private sandy beach. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, and either villa has a complete kitchen, patio, living and dinning room, and air-conditioning through out. We offer special rates for combining both villas for larger families up to 14 traveling together for a total of 5bed/5bath.

Come relax in a truly tropical setting, with glorious sunsets and sea breezes in natures backyard. Set in the peaceful residential area of Breakers, SeaWatch, as it's name implies, sits directly across from the sea, with it's own sandy, secluded beach. Just a 14 mile drive from Owen Roberts Airport, it's designed for couples on an Island getaway or families wanting to experience a truly "Caribbean Holiday." SeaWatch Villas was opened in October 2000 after realizing that many visitors wanted to experience a Caribbean vacation without being in the hustle and bustle of the "town center."

SeaWatch Villas is located along the coast on the outskirts of Bodden Town known as Breakers, in the middle of the island in the 'Heart of the most spectacular diving' in the Cayman which is protected by the coral reef. Snorkel, swim and dive all day long or bask in the sun, or swing in the hammock, whatever your pleasure you can find it at SeaWatch Villas.

Away from the crowds of Seven Mile Beach, it is an oasis of peace and tranquillity for the discerning traveler, where the welcome is warmer than the weather.
