Welcome To Crystal Shores West, one of the newest luxury condominium community in Gulf Shores. Our beautiful new luxurious community was completed in May of 2006. We are located right on the beach just 1.5 miles west of the heart of Gulf Shores. This part of Gulf Shores is much less congested than East Beach and Orange Beach and is very relaxing!
Our beautiful non-smoking, no pet condo is on the tenth floor and affords spectacular views from its wide balcony of the Alabama Gulf Coast, with all of its natural beauty, boating and beach activities.
Our vacation home, decorated with great comfortable furnishings, rather than tropical, and includes many furnishing you would not expect in a rental home. The living room features an entrance leading to the spacious furnished balcony, a comfy sleeper sofa covered with microfiber, chaise lounge, two swivel rockers, a 42 inch Plasma screen TV, and a DVD/VCR player. Unlike some units, there is adequate seating for at least 6 in the living room. Free high speed internet access is available in our condo.
The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops with an eating bar and 3 bar stools, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and staples for those days when you would prefer to stay at home rather than explore and enjoy the countless fine restaurants in the area. The dining area has a large dining table that comfortably seats six.
The Master Bedroom has a king bed with a pillow-top mattress and private balcony entrance, TV with DVD player and private full bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed with pillow-top mattress and a TV with DVD/VCR with an adjoining full bath. There is also a full sized washer and dryer in the unit.
The ground level of our community has a beautiful heated indoor and outdoor swim-through pool, allowing you to swim from the outside to the indoor pool area. There is also a hot tub next to the pool.

The deck is furnished with quality loungers and tables. It is a great kid’s pool. Maximum depth is 4 1/2 feet. Beach service is available for renting umbrellas and beach loungers. On the lobby level you will find a fully equipped exercise room with top quality machines, watch the Gulf as you work out, and game room with 2 pool tables overlooking the indoor portion of the pool below. There is also a sauna for your use.
This community also has a shower area near the main office for guests who need to check out but would like to spend a few more hours at the beach. The lobby is furnished in a beautiful West Indies motif. The pool level also features four charcoal grills located away from the pool area.

Stayed in this condo in June of 2007. Best condo I've ever stayed in! Beautiful furnishings, extremely comfortable bed and breathtaking views of the ocean!! Will definitely stay here again!!!!!!!

This property was actually better than advertised, the photo's don't do it justice. There was ample space for our family of 4, furnished very stylishly and comfortably... can a bed be too comfortable? The kitchen was well equipped, with ample cabinet and pantry space. The baths were roomy and well maintained, and the bedrooms were cozy and comfortable with plenty of closet and drawer space for a week's stay. Did I mention how comfortable the beds were? The views of the Gulf from the balcony, and the Intercoastal from the entryway are breathtaking. The owner was more than accommodating, and actually allowed us early access the day of arrival. And our security deposit was electronically returned to our bank account before we arrived back home. Plenty of local restaurants of various sorts (only 1 chain eatery near the beach, but isn't Hooter's a mandatory?), and a variety of nearby attractions and shopping. Not too much or too little of anything, but still maintains an authentic and organic local flavor, unlike some other Gulf Coast locales. The condo building's modest workout room features a pleasant ocean view and was very clean and surprisingly well-equipped. Only less-than-stellar note is that the indoor-outdoor pool could be a little bigger, but with the gorgeous ocean right outside the unit who really cares, right? Overall, a stress-free, laid back Gulf Shores vacation. We WILL be back.

This condo was everything we hoped it would be. Its right on the beach, the views were great, the furnishing were modern and nice, nice decor, fully equiped kitchen. We loved having the lockbox rather than checking in at a separate location. One thing to note - this is Crystal Shores WEST. The first Crystal Shores you come to is not the WEST building. We made the mistake of unpacking our car, getting our stuff in the elevator, only to find out we were in the wrong building. Not fun after driving 12 hours. Other than that everything was PERFECT.
