VACATION AT A RESORT NOT A CONDOMINIUM BUILDING!

We are pleased to offer for rent our two bedroom, one and one-half bath, ocean and sunset bay view luxury condominium on the TOP FLOOR (7th) of the North Beach Building at Seapointe Village. Seapointe Village is a family and couple-oriented OCEAN FRONT RESORT situated on a PRIVATE BEACH in Wildwood Crest/Diamond Beach, New Jersey just across the bridge from Victorian Cape May.

The Seapointe Village Resort is a 17 acre landscaped gated community with 24-hour security. The Resort's amenities include a Tiki Hut Grill on the beach, free beach tags, 3 outdoor pools with waterfalls, 6 outdoor hot tubs (May through September) as well as fitness centers, steam baths, saunas, tennis and basketball courts, BBQ grills and private underground parking. There is also a new indoor pool and hot tub in the Seapointe Ibis Pool House, which is open year round.

Our condo has a 132 square foot PRIVATE BALCONY with an OCEAN AND SUNSET BAY VIEW, with 933 square feet of interior space.

There is new wall to wall carpeting in our condo, a living room, a dining area for 6, a fully-equipped kitchen including a microwave and small appliances, a washer and dryer, and a new air conditioning and heating system. There are queen-size beds in the two bedrooms, and a queen-size pull-out sofa bed in the living room. All cooking utensils and linens (except beach towels) are included.

There are also TV's with premium cable channels in the living room and 2 bedrooms, as well as DVD Players in each of these rooms. There is also 1 VCR Player and 2 phones in the condo. WiFi (Wireless Internet) is also available throughout the Seapointe Resort.

PLEASE NOTE: A-B-S-O-L-U-T-E-L-Y NO PETS OR SMOKING ARE PERMITTED IN OUR CONDO!
