We are pleased to offer for rent our two bedroom, one and one-half bath, ocean and sunset bay view luxury condominium on the TOP FLOOR (7th) of the North Beach Building at Seapointe Village. Seapointe Village is a family and couple-oriented OCEAN FRONT RESORT situated on a PRIVATE BEACH in Wildwood Crest/Diamond Beach, New Jersey just across the bridge from Victorian Cape May.
The Seapointe Village Resort is a gated community with 24-hour security. The Resort's amenities include a deli hut on the beach, beach tags, 3 outdoor pools with waterfalls, 3 outdoor jacuzzis (May through September) as well as fitness rooms, steam baths, saunas, tennis and basketball courts, BBQ grills and private underground parking. There is also a new indoor pool and hot tub in the Ibis Cabana area at Seapointe, which is open year round.
Our condo has a 132 square foot PRIVATE BALCONY with an OCEAN AND SUNSET BAY VIEW, with 933 square feet of interior space. There is newer wall to wall carpeting in our condo, as well as newer living room furniture, a dining area for 6, a fully-equipped kitchen with a microwave and small appliances, a new washer and dryer, and a new air conditioning and heating system. There are queen-size beds in the bedrooms, and a queen-size pull-out sofa bed in the living room. All cooking utensils and linens (except beach towels) are included. There are also 3 new TV's, 3 new DVD Players, 1 VCR and 2 phones in the condo.
