This one bedroom apartment is located four blocks up hill from the main square . As they say in San Miguel , it is a 10 minute walk down and a 20.- pesos (+/- 2 usd) ride back in taxi.

The apartment consists of approximately 550 square feet of living area . It is divided in three parts.

The entrance through a nice private garden with a Mexican cast iron table with chairs to sit outside.

The main area where you will find the combined Living room/ Dining room/ Kitchen great room . The Kitchen is fully furnished with dishes, pots and pans , blender, toaster, coffeemaker and a microwave . The Living room has a gas heater to take the chill off on winter evenings . It also includes a TV with DVD and cable TV (including English speaking channels) . The far end of this area features a good sized bedroom with Queen size bed and an ample closet . This bedroom is heated with a gas heater and has a computer corner with a high speed internet (the computer is not included) . There is an additional cost of $50 per month for the use of the internet . Next to the bedroom is a full bathroom with a shower .

The laundry room, located next to the main area, has a separate entrance and has a washer and a dryer for your own commodity . The laundry room benefit from a huge closet for extra storage.

The maid goes twice a week to clean the apartment and change the linens.

There is a complete health club in the apartment complex with 80 foot swimming pool.
