Once again we had a wonderful time at Summer Place. New furniture was nice in the living room. We lived in PCB for 2 years and now Carillon is our favorite place to go! Safe and secure feeling, lovely grounds, close to the beach and pool, you can't beat this place for a great time. Hope to return again and again. Thanks Mr and Mrs Fraser (I didn't recommend for pet owners because I would prefer to not have pets where I am staying but I don't know policy, there are plenty of pets on leash in the resort)

Great house! Perfect for a family vacation. This house is the best rental we have used in our four years as guest at Carillion Beach - the BEST place on the gulf! This property has the least evidence of rental abuse of all the others we have rented. It is nicely done - very light and open - all that one could expected.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We loved staying at Summer Place. We have been going to Carillon in the spring for over 10 years. This was one of the best houses we have rented. I loved all the beach and pool toys. The location is perfect! Great house!!! Thanks for letting us stay there!

Today is our last day in Carillon Beach, and therefore our last day at Summer Place. We are very sad to be leaving tomorrow morning! This has been an absolutely perfect week for us. Summer Place is an awesome house, centrally located between the heated pools, shops & restaurants, and the beach. We could not have asked for a better location! We have enjoyed the large front porch every single day! The pictures on VRBO do not do the house justice. It is even more beautiful! There have been nine of us here and the house has fit us perfectly! Thank you, Steve and Ann, for sharing your beautiful home with us. You were wonderful to deal with from the beginning to the end! (And, Helen was great, too!) We WILL be back!

We had a wonderful time at Summer Place. It is a beautiful home and very comfortable. Listing description is accurate and photos accurately reflect the rental's appearance and amenities. The property was clean. The owner was very helpful in answering all our questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

We had a wonderful time. The house has everything you could possibly need. Close walk to the beach and an even closer walk to one of the pools. Carillon is such a beautiful place. There were 12 people in the house and we all had plenty of room.The owners are great to work with.

Second Honeymoon

My husband and I found a treasure when we rented Summer Place. It is everything the listing says and more! We spent a week and it was the most restful relaxing vacation ever. We especially loved sitting on the large front porch having meals or reading the newspaper over coffee in the mornings. The owners were so helpful and made us feel so special. We definitely want to return to the best vacation home in Carillon Beach again!
