Located in beautiful Daytona Beach Shores, this brand new, direct oceanfront condominium unit is the perfect home base for your vacation. The building is the newest on the beach, with top-of-the-line amenities both inside the unit and in the building.
The unit is ideally located on the fourth floor, which provides a great view of the beach from the living room and kitchen, while being high enough to let you enjoy panoramic views up and down the beach.
Enjoy a day at the beach (we even supply the beach towels!), or take advantage of the two outdoor pools and jacuzzi overlooking the beach. On cooler days, take advantage of the building's indoor pool and
jacuzzi. This is one of the few buildings on the beach with an indoor pool, and even in Daytona, it's not always beach weather!
After your busy day, relax in the beautiful, spacious living room, complete with a 50" HD plasma TV and state of the art sound system. Take advantage of the wet bar. Stretch out in the chaise lounge on the balcony.
Need to get some work done? A comfortable, tropical-style desk in the master bedroom has a great view onto the beach, and the high-speed Internet makes checking email bearable. Or, go wireless and take your laptop onto the balcony. Make sure you mention the view from the balcony in all your emails back to the office. :-)
If you have culinary inclinations, you'll love the gourmet kitchen, complete with stainless appliances and granite countertops. And, of course, a gorgeous view of the beach and ocean.
After a relaxing evening, retire to one of the three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master is decorated in a tropical theme, with a pillow-top king-sized bed and a private entrance to the balcony. The master bath has a wonderfully inviting soaking tub, and a large shower with two shower heads. :-)
The second bedroom has a pillow-top queen bed, and is decorated in a nautical theme. It has its own private full bath with tub and shower, and beautiful sunset views to the west.
The third bedroom has twin bunk beds, and is decorated in a beach theme that will amuse kids (and kids-at-heart). It has the same beautiful sunset views as the second bedroom. The bunk beds can be separated if necessary.
Each of the bedrooms features a 26" LCD flat screen TV, with DVD player. In addition, the living room sofa folds out to sleep an additional two people, if necessary.
